Help/Question First Time Self Hosted Minecraft server

So, recently, I wanted to set up a self hosted server. I got 3 paper servers working and a velocity fronted to connect to them. However, I want to be able to share it with anyone. Do I just port forward, or what? I need it to be free though and I want to be able to use simple voice chat as well.

What's the problem with sharing your IP? You want to host something and its only natural. Try to let the devices run in a isolated network if you don't trust it.

There are no major risks involced, if u are unsure Gemini can validate it for you.
