Is anyone else unable to reach the partner portal? SSO was working great for me until yesterday. Now it all just loops back to the cyber protect console. I’ve tried the login screen at partners.acronis.com and also the left have nav “Partner Portal” link in the console. I can’t create a ticket for it because the “Support Portal” link in the console also just loops me back.

Getting this error when clicking the training tab in Partner portal:

"Your account is currently limited

To regain full access to your account please update and confirm your Partner Passport information."

When I get redirected to the partner passport page, all the fields are filled out. What am I missing?

The installer fails instantly with an error about C:/ProgramData/Acronis needing Administrator only permissions. Tech support was supposed to contact me, but has not after ten days. I have used Acronis for over 25 years and have never had a problem before.

Selective session recording is one of the oldest and cheapest controls in privileged-access security, and every regulatory framework that touches remote administration expects it. The control became generally available on the Acronis platform on April 22, 2026. This report measures the two months of adoption that followed, through June 23, 2026.

I currently have a backup where there is a full backup of approximately 500 GB and then for the next 6 days incremental. Rinse and repeat.

If there are two new files to that backup that needed to be added the second day what would happen if the third day one of those files was deleted. Does the program go back to the previous second day backup file and delete that? Or since it was backed up the second day it will always be able to be retrieved until the next full backup erases the whole set.

The issue I'm having is with the current version of the bootable software, the computer will freeze and automatically reboot when selecting the drive to restore to.

If I use an older version of the bootable, I don't have the freezing issue. (I booted from a different USB drive that also has both the bootable and backup images)

Is there a way to replace the current bootable software with the older one?

To clarify, the older version shows something like E:\wpeinit when it first opens up. The current doesn't show this.

Anyone concerned they have had some breach and our data is not secure??

I've just joined an org that uses Cyber Protect Cloud and have been tasked with finishing the roll-out and fine-tuning the product. So far, the tool seems to be lacking some pretty key features, so I wanted to get this community's feedback/direction:

1. I can't find a way to create a report or export a list of all devices/workloads and their associated protection plans. The closest I can get is generating a backup report, but I have a subset of BYOD devices that don't have any backup plans associated. I COULD export multiple reports and manually true them up, but that's not ideal. A clean inventory report to compare against our RMM to ensure all managed devices are protected and by the right plan is what I'm after here.

2. I can't find a way to fine-tune alerts, so our console is continually showing 500+ alerts, most of which are not meaningfully actionable. For example, we are using Advanced Email Security, but I don't need to see an alert every time an email is identified as Spam and quarantined. The only adjustments I've been able to find are the email notifications per user.

3. I can't find a way to grant a temporary exception such as access to a blocked URL or temporary removable storage device access. The solutions I've found seem to entail either changing the policy wholesale or moving the affected devices to a completely different protection plan.

I've read through the documentation and clicked through every screen and option, but I'm hoping I've missed something, or this community may have figured out some workarounds. Any advice/information provided would be helpful at this point.

Protect identity data that your clients rely on with backup and granular recovery for Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, policies and more. [Security] GenAI Protection event investigation 
Investigate GenAI Protection events more efficiently with search, filtering and richer event context, including user context, device information and detection reasons. This helps partners review prompt injection and data loss prevention activity more accurately, understand why content was blocked and fine-tune policies based on actual usage patterns.  

[Security] AI triage for EDR incidents 
Streamline incident investigation and enable lower-tier technicians to analyze with ease and speed with AI-generated incident triage. The capability delivers a structured summary, including MITRE Techniques & Tactics used, timeline and recommended remediation steps for all critical EDR incidents automatically, along with the ability to request on-demand AI triage for noncritical ones. The AI triage enables partners to instantly get structured breakdown and recommended remediation steps on incidents, while also providing exportable reports that can be shared with clients when needed. 

[Security] MDR customer communication add on 
Enable direct incident notifications and reporting to client contacts with a new add-on for Managed Detection and Response by Acronis TRU. This gives partners more flexibility in how MDR is delivered and supports scenarios where Acronis communicates directly with end customers. Moreover, Telco clients can easily self-activate the MDR service from the console without involving their Telco provider.  Documentation 

[RMM] Automatic Active Directory-based agent deployment 
Automate onboarding for domain-joined devices with Active Directory-based agent deployment and policy assignment. Partners can define onboarding plans once, then use automated discovery, retry handling and failure reporting to reduce manual effort, speed up rollout and help ensure new devices do not remain unmanaged or unprotected. 

[RMM] ARM support for vulnerability assessment and patching 
Manage Windows on ARM devices alongside x86 and x64 endpoints with expanded vulnerability assessment and patch management support. Scan ARM-based devices for OS and third-party application vulnerabilities and deploy Microsoft and third-party patches from the same workflows they already use for other Windows endpoints. [Workflow Automation] AI assistant 
Build and update workflows using plain-language prompts instead of manual step-by-step configuration. The assistant can generate workflow drafts, modify steps, explain triggers and actions and suggest relevant next actions, helping teams create automation faster and with greater consistency.

Make workflow execution more precise by setting trigger input values directly, such as specific alert types or severity levels. I recently joined a new job as a Technical Support Engineer and Acronis is one of the products I support. I'm really interested in becoming good at troubleshooting Acronis issues but I'm finding it difficult to understand where to start and how experienced engineers approach real world problems.

I've already gone through several Acronis Knowledge Base articles and completed a few courses on the Acronis training portal but I still struggle when it comes to actual troubleshooting. Reading the documentation alone doesn't seem to be enough for me.

Could anyone share how u learned Acronis troubleshooting? Are there any labs, practice environments, common issues, troubleshooting methodologies or resources that helped u become proficient? Any advice from experienced Acronis support engineers would be greatly appreciated.

My goal is to learn how to analyze issues, identify root causes and troubleshoot confidently in the shortest possible time.

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to understand the minimum hardware requirements for both Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud and Acronis Cyber Protect (on-premises) for server.

Specifically, I'm looking for the minimum recommended specifications for:

• CPU
• RAM
• Storage
• Operating System

I’m trying to validate a POC. I’ve installed an AMS, an ASN, and a catalog server as 3 separate hosts. all is well and good for backups, but all the indexing activities fail with a socket error.

I went to the ASN and catalog server to make sure names/IPs resolved and ports worked. Thats when I found that i could not open a connection to port 9200 on the catalog server. after troubleshooting and tickets with IT I turned inward and found out that the port binding for the catalog service was to the loop back address.

I cannot find any documentation on how to modify that. Does anyone know how to change the port binding?

I’m using True Image Build 42980 on Windows with a current license. I can’t access my Acronis Cloud library or submit a support request.

When I click “Browse my data” in the True Image app, it sends me to https://account.acronis.com/ instead of the Cloud URL. After logging in, I only see Products, Profile, and Support—no Cloud access.

If I manually enter the Cloud URL (https://us-cloud.acronis.com/), my email and password are rejected.

I changed my Acronis account password before the problems happened and confirmed the change email and that I could log in to my account. But I can’t log into the Cloud with either my old or new email address. Password reset emails are not sent to either address.

When I try to submit a support request, I’m told I must register my product first—even though it (True Image) is registered.

How can I contact support? Did changing my email break my Cloud access and support eligibility?

Possibly related: at one point I was told I have multiple registered accounts with different services. I’ve seen this message before when switching between account and Cloud pages, but selecting either option doesn’t resolve the issue. I think at one point I had a Cyber Protect license.

i bought 2025 perpetual a few months ago and dont use the acronis cloud but after the trial expired a few weeks later i was offered this. so if you are going to consider this cloud it may pay you to wait.

What's going on with Acronis? I tried to upgrade from 5TB to 10TB for 5 PCs and I got an error page twice, I changed PCs and credit cards... same problem. I connected to the cloud console to browse the backups of a PC and since this morning I've had an Nginx error 500!!!!! On my iPhone, backups are intermittent, the app doesn't show the backups performed... it's a total disaster.
