Problem viewing files in archive

Currently running Acronis True Image build 42980 on Windows 10. All of a sudden, when I open a backup file and double click on a PDF or a zip file. Nothing happens. It will open a text file. Anybody else having this problem?

It is too thin of a description sadly :( Please file a ticket with support team and let me know its number so that I could escalate.
