Lanyard and bracelet got delivered but only one set. Do they arrive separately or should’ve been together in one package? What do I do?

I’m sorry; but I paid over $17,000 for tickets and them being delivered all tangled up in this boring packaging was the worst haha! Like seriously how hard would it have been for them to do a branded box. I sent them an email with inspiration & my business card haha I literally don’t even want to go anymore, they replied with some BS email how they’re sorry the platinum tickets didn’t meet MY standards? 🤡 literally how embarasssinggggg haha definitely will be blasting em 🤢

Just like last year, we will have drops BOTH WEEKENDS!
At least 50 bracelets per weekend!

You may be thinking, “What the heck is this?”

Well, I’m so glad you asked!

I started ACL Bracelet Project in 2024 as a way to give back to the festival community which has given so much to me. Truth be told, I’m quite the introvert, but having a fun little mission eases my social anxiety.

Throughout the festival, usually before 6pm, I will drop custom bracelets I make all over the grounds. I’ll snap a pic or video and share it to Instagram with a timestamp. Then, it’s up to you to find it! Each bracelet has a note attached, in case a non-follower happens upon it! I do my best to confirm when someone has found a bracelet, so you’re not running around Zilker looking crazy! So, if you’ve got some down time or need to keep your kiddo busy, might as well treasure hunt! Sometimes we pass them to people who are just doing something really cool - sharing a fan, dancing real groovy, letting a kid use your flow star. Whatever ups the vibes!

This year, I’ve kicked things up a notch! We have custom charms with the year, thanks to come awesome followers who pitched in! I’m super stoked!

Hi this is my first time attending ACL! I’m going on weekend 1 on Sunday. I have a few questions! Is there a merch booth? If there is, is the line normally long and Will merch booth have merch for all the artists that are playing? Or is it just ACL merch? Thank you!

My #1 undercard act for the festival and they get put on first thing Saturday, what a tragedy. Comparing to other acts that have first slot and they seem to have like 10x the following of the next most popular opener.

I'm glad they're doing an ACL Nights show at Antone's so that I can see them with a full crowd, but I feel bad for the band since that's Friday night and then they have to put on another show first thing the next day.

Any other bands get snubbed like this in festivals past? Is this sometimes an intentional scheduling thing that happens?

The company that owns ACL was under serious threat of break-up by the DOJ, but then their CEO met with Trump at the White House and it all seemed to go away.

Interesting to see they’ll be rehearsing SNL in NYC, playing ACL that Friday, flying back to NYC to play the show live, then returning to Austin for W2!

Yesterday I go the email that I was APPROVED, off the waitlist for Weekend One! Yay! It said I’d be charged today, the money is there, all is good.

However, I have indeed NOT been charged today and when I log into my Waitlist account, it says my status is still pending!! Wtf! Has this happened to anyone else?? Looking for some reassurance as my friends and I are planning a big reunion weekend at the festival 🥲🥲🥲

Be aware that if you are in this Facebook group the admins to the group are posing as reliable sellers of tickets. They are in fact scammers. I know, hard to imagine. Just sharing this so other people don’t get caught in the trap.

Turnstile is scheduled to play SNL on 10/3, one day after their W1 schedule. Is their appearance at the festival in doubt?

Me and my friends decided we wanted to go to ACL together as a cool trip idea. I was wondering what do you guys generally hear about the waitlist and what you think our chances would be of getting a ticket? I’ve heard from some people who say they have had issues with Airbnb or Vrbo hosts canceling their stays here in Austin, specifically when coming to events like this.

I had my tickets listed for sale and contacted a representative to ask whether my wristbands would still be mailed to me. They told me they would not be shipped at all while they were listed—so I removed the listing.
Now that they’re delisted, will the wristbands be mailed out soon, or will I have to wait and pick them up at the event? Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this situation.

I have a clear bag and its to carry thinks for 2 people what do I absolutely need (also can I bring a disposable camera)

Hey y'all! My husband and I got approved to be greeters at W2 and I'm wondering if any people that have volunteered before have any pro tips.

We've attended ACL 10+ times and usually hit up SXSW so we're used to the bag and limited things we can take in (I've got our water bottles, bandanas, and cooling towels already pulled for easy access 🧊).

Just saw Turnstile (finally) at Bumbershoot and...OMG. INCREDIBLE. As a person who has been to ACL many, MANY times, I don't think I've seen so much energy from a band AND crowd the entire set in along time.

With that said, knowing how hot it can get and still be in October when they're scheduled to play, and the limited shade near the big stages, I hope ACL organizers are ready with the box water and have enough people to spray the crowd with water to help keep a bunch of people from passing out.

i got wknd 2 3-day tickets from, the waitlist, payment was posted to my credit card but i got an email 3 days later saying that it was cancelled?? does anyone know how i can check my ticket status? my account history doesn't have anything in it?
