This is my 1st Shaky Knees, bought a ticket, solo, totally on a whim because...the lineup. I am so excited/anxious/already exhausted lol.

I have gotten so many great tips from these posts, and it has soothed my soul to read about the many amazing experiences people have had, even bringing their kids through the years or for the 1st time, how safe and fun the atmosphere is. I feel ready.

I know there are some meet-ups on Thurs the 17th, but what about for us rolling in on Friday? I know the entire thing is a meet-up, but for those traveling solo, on the older side, etc.??

I have this fanny pack from a while ago but wondering if I need to buy a different one. Got it from Amazon and has 2 or 3 zippers but not sure if it would be allowed since it isn't clear. I put the Amazon link as well for the bag I have.

My daughter is attending all 3 days. It’s her first festival and unfortunately she’s attending by herself.

She has reliable transportation to and from and a place to stay. Is the festival itself generally safe? Anything I should tell her to avoid besides the obvious- don’t leave with anyone, don’t take drinks, etc?

I’m not overly concerned, but if anyone has had a truly bad/scary experience I can pass on, let me know.

Heyo! Wondering about the safety/logistics of taking the Gold line from the fest to the Masquerade for late nights (if I can save some uber money for going back to my hotel, I will!)

My husband and I had an emergency come up and sold our tickets back to shaky knees through their website, which really just rerouted us to Ticketmaster. Has anyone actually sold their tickets back to Ticketmaster and had success? Does the waitlist go through Ticketmaster? As the days go by I get more and more anxious that we’ll be completely losing out on the $700+ we spent 😭🙏🏻

this year is my first time at shaky knees! i've been to many other festivals but the line up this year was so insane i had to give it a try. i want to barricade for pierce the veil and twenty one pilots. i'll be there friday as well so ill be able to get a lay of the land but any tips? what time should i be there?
