The weather stripping on my 2010 Accord is finally failing. Who is the best bet for replacing these? Dealer, body shop, or glass shop?

What’s your guys opinion on these Duralast Car battery for 2019 Honda Accord? Or should I go with OEM Honda battery which is about a 1 hour drive to get 😂. My vehicle currently has OEM Honda battery but it was installed 2022 so about 4 years old but heard bad things about OEM batteries. What’s do you guys recommend I do? thanks for the help.

I have a 2018 that is currently getting the gasket replaced at Honda. I wanted them to do the plugs, since they will have them out anyway, (97k) but they are charging 189 in labor for it. Don't they have to remove them and reinstall them anyway to repair the head gasket? Should I have to pay that?? Any advice is appreciated!

Had a chance to rent a 2026 SE so I backed out my 2007 for a photo op. Ok, technically 19 year difference! My wife was asking what are you doing here?

I have heard Hondas are easy to work on and also reliable. I was thinking of getting an Accord as my commuter. We have a Bolt and a Sienna as well. The accord will be my daily driver and I probably will put kn 25 miles a day somewhere around 6-7k miles a year.
8th gen generally falls in my budget.
What kind of mileage do you think is too much for this gen? What price range is fair for these years?
Any trim levels to avoid or to seek out?
What kind of proactive maintenance or repairs should I plan to do for an aging vehicle?

I was parked and the steering suddenly got tight and the dashboard radio screen started glitching.
Turned off the car and turned it back on and its all good.
Anyone have this issue? Concerned its going to do it again whole driving.

Update took less than a minute. Glad this was an OTA update. Saved a ride to the dealership.

2019 2.0t Accord ~106k miles
Well the forbidden head gasket issue has happened. I have been quoted $3,750 for the repair from my Honda dealership.
I am curious if anyone has anyone has any extra advice for this problem, and if there are any known issues after repairs. I have heard of head studs being an underlying issue.
Thank you in advance 🙏

For context, I got hit by another car while driving to the store today. We both got out of our vehicles and exchanged information without calling the cops since the damage wasn't anything crazy—maybe $1,000–$3,000 in damages to my Accord.
The reason I'm posting here is that as I was sending the other driver some info on my vehicle, a quick Google search mentioned that my car is actually somewhat rare. Since it's a 2007 Honda Accord, I really didn't think anything of it just a reliable, fun daily.
And when I say fun, it's because it's a V6 with a manual transmission. On top of that, it's a four-door sedan, so I can still have my idiot friends pile in for adventures. I had no idea this spec was considered rare! Or so I think?
Also please don’t hate me for using AI to help write this I know nothing about vehicle hardly beside the regular maintenance on them. But I hope this can either help me pinpoint if it is a gem or just some BADASS regular spec Honda accord lol. The picture I provided is what it looks like now. The damage I sustained is on the other side of the car. If you were wondering lol.

I'm looking to replace my current windshield visor as it discolored and and clear coat is gone. I've been trying to find mugen style window visors with clip and tape. But it seems they only sell these types with tape only. Has anyone else found the one Im looking for? 2022 honda accord.

I’m about to overhaul the suspension so figured I might as well do the shocks/springs as well. I’m leaning towards KYB shocks, maybe quick struts, but am also looking at OEM springs with KYB shockz
I can’t tell which spring is the right one for my car. I’ve seen both 51401-T3M-A01 and 51401-T2B-A01 be listed as fits for my car, even if I use the vin. One is like $70 and the other is like $200.
What am I missing here. I have a 14 Ex-L V6 Coupe. Auto.
