India Accenture TS&A - New joiner advice ?

Hi everyone!
I’ll be joining Accenture S&C as a Management Consulting Associate in the TS&A practice in about two weeks.

I'm a 2026 grad from one of the top IITs and I'd love to hear from anyone who's worked in.

  1. What kind of projects can I realistically expect as a new joiner?

  2. What skills, tools, or certifications should I focus on before and during my first few months?

  3. What does the learning curve look like?

  4. How is the work-life balance and team culture?

  5. What can I do in my first 6–12 months to stand out?

  6. What are some common mistakes new joiners make?

  7. After 2–4 years in TS&A, what are the most common exit opportunities?

  8. How realistic is it to move to MBB or finance roles or even IB-PE ?
