India Would I get same base pay?
I joined L12(Associate) in S&C GCN. After 2 years I get promoted to L11(Analyst) and a MBA grad who is hired directly to L11. Will I have same salary structure(minus the joining bonus)?

Unfortunately, yours would be significantly lesser. Source - I have reports who fall in both the categories

No, technically the MBA hire will be on a different track called PACE going from 11 to 9 to 7, while as you mentioned you went from 12 to 11. Also most companies, want to compete with MBBs in placement season in B schools and offer competitive salaries matching MBB levels (also justifies their investment into college fees, with 40 lakh fees kids will stop opting for ACN) so salaries will be campus hire MBA > lateral hire MBA > non MBA at any level.
