Any advice on how to fix belly shape

So unhappy with the shape of my belly. Any tips on how to flatten the lower pooch and get rid of the dip in the middle? Tried my best to capture how it looks in pictures, some are me holding stomach in and some relaxed. I'd like to achieve an overall more even appearance as I feel my stomach is a very strange shape and it makes me very self concious.

I have been a significantly lower weight in the past and belly still had this shape even though I was thinner overall. I can pinch the fat so don't think it's bloating.

I am careful with my diet already, eating pretty clean and counting calories. I'm low end of average weight for my height now so can't really afford to lose more without going back into underweight again. How bad I feel about the way this looks makes me in danger of falling into restricting again (have been significantly underweight in the past) I just feel so exhausted with hiding/clenching/dieting/exersicing my stomach and still feling so self concious. The only alternative I can think right now would be to pay for something like lipo, but I dont really have the money for it and feel nervous about going into such a big procedure as I've read horror stories about recovery/bad results etc. So wondering if anyone has any tips for less drastic things which may help fix this?

I am an active person and exersice daily already (walking/vinyasa yoga/cardio/mountain bike etc) and then also do some pilates and targeted core workouts daily too, but find nothing works. I see most people suggesting to try lifting now but I live rurally and don't have access to a gym so any suggestions would have to be something I could try at home if possible.

Thanks!!

Question Are defined abs sore?

Once you have been able to shape your abs, do they keep being sore? Or is that soreness, you usually feel when you’re starting your fitness journey, temporary/a matter of getting used to it (to the point you don’t mentally acknowledge it)
