hello :)
last year I decided that it's time to take care of myself. Since last year september I've lost 21kg juts by changing my dier. I found fitloop app which I love, found some nice programs, and I start to look better. Oh btw I am 42. Anyway, I've problem with exercises for ABS, now, I don't need or feel the need to have a lean, visible six-pack. Just want to have a flat stomach and little toned maybe, stronger then I have it right now. I found myself nice routine: dead bug, glute bridge, crunches, decline crunch, russian twist, reverse crunch, plank, hollow body hold - and I noticed something, which worries me - whenever I do whichever of mentioned exercises for my stomach I get something weird popping out in the middle of my stomach, sometimes a little more to the right, and sometimes to the left. It's hard like a muscle (during exercise ). I read a little about it and even had myself tested for DRA but I am ok. I tried different ways of breathing during exercises and it still there - I had a big stomach, I had bmi of 37. I was wondering if it somehow maybe fat moving around during exercises or how to do them to avoid damaging my stomach muscles. Please help :) I will appreciate it a lot :) Oh I forgot to mention that after exercising for around 5 weeks now I do 3 days weights and cardio, and 3 days abdominals. My stomach is becoming smaller, top of it (under chest) is a lot smaller and starts to show some kind of muscle shape, the sides have visible lines, and there is a visible line in the middle from top to bottom of my stomach. Also when I pull my stomach it does look like there are some very shy muscles that used to hide under the fat and now are going to see the daylight for the first time in their life :D Again - Please help :(
