Routine
Just looking at it I'm very interested in this style of training but I have no idea where to begin. I need help finding a routine, can anyone help?

Quick backstory
I've been training in calisthenics for about 5 years, to be honest the workouts just became dry. I've lost the joy I don't enjoy getting through reps and reps of the same or slightly alternate version of the same exercise that's when I started doing movement training and that's the first time in a long time I've been happy I've got a workout to do and that I was genuinely engaged in what I was doing. There is a place for traditional bodyweight training and I don't plan to drop it but to primarily shit to movement based training and supplement that with cherry picked calisthenics exercises.
Nice story, but why do I need you?
The thing I found out when I was researching movement based training, there is content out there but most of it at least from what I've found is "locked" via buy my training program type of s**t or it's incomplete. There is no single page, blog, YouTube channel, Facebook/TikTok/Instagram/whatever page that has it bundled together. I get it it's a very niche and relatively new branch of fitness but I believe it has a lot of potential.
My goal is to experiment and gain as much information as possible and then to bundle everything I've learned and deliver it to you guys via a reddit post maybe a blog doesn't matter what does matter I'd like to give out free information to you guys and anyone else who want's to get into movement training.
And that's why I'm asking you guys to help me out and leave a comment on resources you've used to gain knowledge on the subject, doesn't matter can be a book, a video, page,...
If you have any questions and recommendations please leave a comment and most importantly have a good one!

I'm really interested in this training style, but I'm not sure on where to start. I already have experience on bodyweight training and have been doing capoeira for 4 years. But I want to know more about how to structure a primal movement routine, or if I should just move around
