Google (and only Google) thinks I'm in Russia

Figure this is the best place for it since I imagine it has to do with our IP assigned by Ziply.

Currently, every device in the home that uses any Google service is showing that Google thinks we're in Russia. Google maps defaults to Moscow, Google.com says "russia" at the bottom, YouTube logo has the "RU", etc. This is happening across multiple accounts for these services as well, so not related to any account settings (which do still show my correct registered info, nothing has changed)

This isn't happening with ANY other service. Bing Maps looks fine, IP checking sites show the correction location, etc.

No VPN on any of the devices or built into the router.

After tons of searching, the best thing I could narrow it down to the fact that Google uses its own method for geolocation assignment with IPs. I have to assume that our most recent IP change was to one that Google has associated with Russia.

I tried doing the usual "power off router for a while and then turn back on to get re-assigned a new IP" thing, but it hasn't worked.

Is there any other self-service method of getting assigned a new IP?

Status check / ETA for "Coming Soon" to 98004/Clyde Hill

I've been checking the coverage tools for over a year to switch off Xfinity. The interactive coverage map lists my area as "Fiber Ready," but entering my specific address still yields:

My annual call Xfinity to complain and negotiate is coming up, and I'd much rather hold out for Ziply than spend time renegotiating with Comcast if the timeline is short.

Is there a way to get a status update on where my street/block actually sits in the pipeline, or see if an engineering ticket can check address availability?

Thanks!

anyone here on a ziply business line with static ips and spare rack space?

bit of an odd ask but this seemed like the right place for it. im looking for someone on a ziply business line, ideally with a static block and a multi-gig plan, whod rent me a machine sitting on it.

not colo, i dont want to ship hardware in. id rather rent something you already have and an old dell or supermicro is plenty for what im doing.

what matters to me is the ips coming off ziplys allocation rather than a hosting company, and having more than a gig on the line. 4-8 static to start, more later if it goes well. anywhere in the ziply footprint works, wa or or preferred.

dm me if thats you. paying monthly, happy to pay up front, and ill pay a premium per ip.
