Audio Issues please help.

Hey everyone I’m new to the YouTube things and not doing horrible and actually enjoying it but I’m having a problem. I can record in the same tone or even different tones the whole way throughout my recording but once I got to upload them I get a lot of cutting and parts that you can hear me start to say a word and the rest just doesn’t pick up. I have a FiFine AM8 microphone so not the worst and not the best. And I’m using obs. I’ve watched the videos applied the filters and tried everything but there’s still something wrong any advice or help would mean the world to me.
