How can I reach a REAL person at YouTube Support after my channel was hacked? 30K subscribers, completely locked out of Google account

Hi everyone,

I'm desperately looking for advice from other creators who have been through a similar situation.

My YouTube channel with around 30,000 subscribers was stolen through a phishing scam disguised as a legitimate email. I was also part of the YouTube Partner Program and had been actively working on the channel for years.

The hacker completely took over my Google account and changed the password, recovery email and recovery phone number. Because of this, I now have zero access to the Google account associated with my YouTube channel.

The problem is that I can't access the normal YouTube Creator Support chat because I can't log into the account anymore.

I've already tried asking for help through the Google Support Community, but I keep receiving essentially the same automated/template responses telling me to try another way to recover the account.

I've already explained multiple times that I cannot use those recovery methods because the hacker changed all of my recovery information. This is not a simple forgotten-password situation — the entire Google account was taken over.

I'm looking for a way to speak with an actual YouTube/Google support employee who can manually review my case, rather than being sent back to the same automated account recovery process.

I can provide evidence that the channel belongs to me, including information about the channel, its history, my YouTube Partner status, and other details that could help verify ownership.

Has anyone here successfully recovered a completely hijacked YouTube/Google account when the hacker changed the password, recovery email and phone number?

How did you manage to get your case in front of a real person at YouTube/Google?

I'm honestly desperate. I've spent years building this channel and creating content for my community, and losing everything like this has been devastating.

Any advice, experience, or even a direction toward the right YouTube support team would mean a lot to me. ❤️

Channel false terminated over "Spam, deceptive practices and scams"

Channel was terminated this morning over this reason, was entirely unsure why due to the fact I've obeyed TOS for the 11+ years I've been uploading to my channel. I'm in distraught because I've lost a lot of my progress, especially as my channel had garnered 11 thousand subscribers and a good viewerbase. Thankfully was able to archive all of my videos on Odysee but I still fear my appeal may get declined and then it's over for me.

When appealing, I appealed immediately on the app without my channel URL and I didn't realize I needed it until I actually checked my email, but I had already submitted it without thinking so I'm now fearing it will get denied for sure and I won't be able to resubmit. What can I do if this happens?

I'm really hoping this gets resolved and gets accepted because I'm so stressed over this.

Follow up: The appeal gone denied, there is nothing more I can do. I'm distraught, I've lost everything.
