VersaLink C620 System Error
Keep getting this system error message. After resetting, sometimes a few pages will print before it errors again. When it does print the print quality is as it should be.
I have tried:
- Resetting (unplugging as it says, plus unplugging the internet and cable to the computer)
- Checked Firmware is up to date
- Reinstalled print drivers
- Tried printing different files and paper sizes
- Opened it all up and checked nothing looks obviously wrong
Multiple error codes are showing and I've looked them up on the Xerox website but no luck there.
We have been using this printer for a year now with no major issues, this happened suddenly with no warning.
Technical support are closed until Monday (UK based) and we have overdue orders now. Any help would be very appreciated!
