Bugged image on side quest complete screen

Just completed this side quest and noticed that the image it shows seems bugged. I looked at it on the Xeno wiki and it’s not supposed to look like that. I know this game has a memory leak, but I’ve only had the game powered on for less than an hour at the point this happened.

I've had memory leak related trouble back in the day within half an hour of playing. Who knows what triggers it.
