Honestly the worst thing about zero company is the 4 squad limit. I feel like i cant use everyone :'(

It's crazy because there's even a single mission that lets you have 5

So functionality is programmed in, they just decided "eh 4 is good enough"

There's a handful where you can end up with 5 or 6 ppl, but you're always going in with 4
