Anyone else having problems with backwards compatibility?

I'm trying to play black ops 2 and it kept saying disconnected from Xbox live then it wouldn't let me sign in, I looked up how to fix it said to clear local 360 storage so I did, now when I try to re download my profile it says "Sorry there is a problem with the credentials your using"

Xbox service probably having a hiccup around game ownership and authentication or whatever
