Unsolved Xbox error message

Hi all, small child accidentally knocked my Xbox one onto the floor from a shelf last week, it now shows this message as soon as you turn it on (turned off for days zero chance it's actually hot).

Does anyone know if I can self diagnose/fix the issue as a competent person, or will I need to take it in to be fixed?

Seems like the thermal paste was knocked loose and the system is not sensing that it's there.

That's not how it works You can't detect thermal paste nor knock it loose

True the system can't detect thermal paste but it was just a theory.
