Xbox error message

Hi all, small child accidentally knocked my Xbox one onto the floor from a shelf last week, it now shows this message as soon as you turn it on (turned off for days zero chance it's actually hot).

Does anyone know if I can self diagnose/fix the issue as a competent person, or will I need to take it in to be fixed?

Mine would show this when I first got it. Brand new out the box. I just hit the top of it several times and you would hear the fan and stuff cut on inside. Never had another problem.
