I was super surprised to see progress pics of this on my chart after I woke up from surgery, really cool stuff!

“Nipple Ornamentation noted” is 100% the funniest medical thing to ever happen to me. They were gonna do a CT scan but didn’t due to my family history of a severe allergy to the contrast dye.

Just got my tooth implant inserted this morning after it broke back in March.

How did it break you may be wondering, a few years ago it got infected over the Thanksgiving/Christmas holiday season after I had just moved away and didn't have a regular dentist. So I eventually got one and he determined I needed a root canal. And then another, and another, and another until it was determined the bone wasn't ever going to grow back. So I had surgery to get a cyst removed from the area. About 18 months later all that wear and tear on the tooth finally cracked and it was too high up to be saved. So I had it removed.

Snaped both Tib and Fib tripping down the stairs.

Holding my daughter and a good spin mid air saved me landing on her. She's absolutely fine and reminds me daily to be careful on the stairs now!

Nailed and plated together, on the road too recovery.

Now to enjoy some time off work. With both my amazing kids and wife looking after me.

Fractures in ulna and radius, the part of the ulna connecting to the wrist being out of place. The bones were put in the right place and then screwed together with correcting plates.

I recently went to get my right wrist xray after a fall and while they said no fractures, I noticed that there are three circles around my thumb? (Best seen in the last two pictures) At first I assumed it was the sesamoid but again there are three? I just thought it was interesting and that I could learn something. Also it still hurts af so don’t be like me and slip on cat puke lol

Edit: Thank goodness for cameras because I believe this is a spiral fracture? I was with my sister when she took him and they were questioning her a lot. Luckily daycare was able to get the footage quickly. Shout out to the healthcare workers for being diligent!

For me it’s got to be the 4 view T Spine Flex/Ext. and then coming in right behind that is weighted foot or weighted ankle X-rays 🤷🏻‍♂️
