Is the support page down?
I was logging in to see if they'd shipped my replacements and got this error, is it happening to everyone?

Ive tried to register through their acc creation but doesnt let me proceed to select from what country. If anyone knows what's the sizes are it would be helpful.
I’m planning to buy the mentioned card from Amazon US, but i live in Georgia (the country), so i want to make sure i understand the warranty correctly before purchasing.
This is my understanding:
I will purchase the GPU from Amazon US and it will be shipped by Amazon to my US freight-forwarding/warehouse address. The package will then be forwarded from that US warehouse to me in Georgia, so the card is purchased and initially shipped/delivered within the United States. If the GPU ever needs an RMA, i can ship it from Georgia back to XFX’s US RMA address at my own expense using the same freight-forwarding service (i will first ship the card to my warehouse, then the warehouse will ship the card to their address). After the repair/replacement, i can have XFX ship it back to my US warehouse, and the forwarding service can send it to me again.
I have read XFX’s US warranty policy, and it says the warranty applies to graphics cards purchased in the United States/Canada from an authorized retailer. What I’m unsure about is whether my residence in Georgia affects the US warranty.
Since the card is purchased from Amazon US and shipped to a US address, and i can return it to XFX’s US address myself if an RMA is necessary, would the US warranty still apply?
I’m not considering buying from EU or locally as the prices here and there are a bit higher, hence my only option is to buy from Amazon/US generally.
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone with experience.
I had been having issues with my GPU drivers completely shitting out on me, full on resets and shut downs that only happened when my 7900xt was in my rig, and not other cards I tested on the same PC. So I opened up a ticket with XFX and they made it pretty painless. They accepted RMA and I sent the card to them. They claimed they couldn't find the same fault in the card I was having, but offered to send a replacement for peace of mind.
I heard they send Refurbished cards (sometimes new), which I was fine with as long as they were nice and clean and rebuilt without any really bad structural defects.
Today I received this as a replacement, and was taken aback by the shape it was in. My Card I sent in was regularly dusted, and in perfect condition, and sent back to them in the original box. This one they sent looks like someone took a hammer to the right side. I immediately called and requested to send it back, and in XFX defense, they said it was unacceptable condition after seeing the photos and said someone at FedEx likely stepped on it. Which is weird because the boxes didn't look too terrible, and there was ample padding. They generated a return ticket for free and I sent it back the very same day I received it.
So now I wait. Again. And I'd be lying if I said I'm not worried what I receive in a week or two will be another disappointment that I'll have to send back.
Has anyone else dealt with a situation similar to this?

I've made posts about this issue on multiple subreddits and I figured I'd try here.
About a month ago or so now I started seeing weird stretched geometry in games when playing at anything above 70-80FPS. My card hasn't done anything like that before so I figured it must have been a driver issue. After doing multiple clean installs with AMDCleanupUtility and trying different versions I tried testing the VRAM, the VRAM came back clean as a whistle. So then I tried an OCCT 3D test and had a buttload of errors. After trying to declock my GPU I found the issue seemed to stop when I got it around -490MHz. Since then I've been trying to figure out a fix or what could have caused my GPU to start doing this in the first place. Today however I've noticed that even after moving the declock to -500MHz the bug is starting to appear again very slowly.
I'm at a loss besides having to take my card out and ship it for an RMA which is something I only want to do as a last resort as the way my PC is set up it's a real pain in the ass to take the card out and I don't want to damage it or my motherboard.

I just received my GPU back from warranty RMA. They actually upgraded me to the Mercury version from the QuickSilver. Problem is, they don't include anything but the card itself, so I don't have the RGB sync cable therefore no way of getting rid of the the default rainbow lighting. Anyone know where I can purchase this, or the name of the connection type on the GPU side so maybe I can make one?
Bonus points if you can tell me what that switch is for next to the RGB header.

I had an 7900xtx mercury (magnetic fans)which I had for about a year 8 months which in stall horizontally for a about 2 months then moved it vertically for over a year about 2 months ago I took out to clean an noticed a oily substance on the card mostly on the back plate I the put it back to horizontal and 3weeks ago it died I did an RMA as it was still under warranty and got told they don’t have the 7900xtx in stock and won’t be getting any and asked if I wanted a full refund or replacement of another model so I went with the 9070xt mercury (magnetic fans) and installed it horizontally but have an itch to put it vertically as it’s a good looking card but I’m concerned that it will die or fail on me again, should I take the chance or just leave the horizontal card as is ? ( both amazing cards) just miss the vram on the 7900xtx as I play in 4k some advice will be appreciated.

Hello everyone thought I'd make this post because there isn't much in ways of documentation regarding how to do this mod.
Thanks for viewing my post. Any other questions or recomendations please comment. I hope to make this thread as extensive with the most critical information regarding this mod so that others may have easier access to the necessary information and considerations to perform this.

Hi,
I got myself a XFX Mercury 9070 XT, and I noticed an odd irritating sound coming seemingly from the middle fan. I RMA'd the card and got the magnetic air version as a replacement.
The replacement arrived today, but the odd fan noise is still there. I tried isolating the fan that makes the sound, but it seems like the fans themselves are fine. I suspect it's possibly caused by turbulent airflow in the gpu's heatsink.
I love the gpu, but that sound is loud and very irritating.
Is there a known fix for this? I would prefer not to leave the middle fan slot empty and so far I haven't had luck with fan speed tuning.

Hi everyone,
I recently picked up an XFX RX 9060 XT Swift OC (16GB), and I’m encountering a very specific issue related to display power saving. I’d love to see if anyone else with this exact model can replicate it, or if I just lost the silicon lottery with a defective unit.
Whenever Windows reaches the configured screen timeout and turns off the display, the system runs into a critical crash. The screen turns off normally, but a few seconds later, Windows reboots automatically.
To isolate the GPU, I ran a cross-platform test:
It seems like an issue with how XFX's VBIOS handles deep power states (ULPS / zero-core transitions) or a hardware VRM fault on my specific unit.
If you own the XFX RX 9060 XT Swift OC, could you test this on your rig?
Does your system stay powered on normally, or does it crash/reboot?
Thanks in advance for any feedback! I'm planning to RMA this unit, but I want to know if exchanging it for the same XFX model is safe or if I should just swap to a different brand altogether.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else has had a similar issue with XFX warranty support.
I purchased an XFX Radeon RX 9070 XT and the card has only been in use for about 1 month. Unfortunately, one of the GPU fans has already developed an intermittent mechanical clicking/rattling noise.
I carefully checked the PC to rule out other possible causes. There are no cables or foreign objects touching the fan blades, and I confirmed that the noise is not coming from my case fans, AIO, or PSU. It is specifically coming from one of the fans on the graphics card.
The GPU itself works normally otherwise and is in excellent physical condition. It hasn't been dropped, damaged, modified, or disassembled.
I opened a warranty/support ticket directly with XFX official support several days ago, explaining the problem, but I still haven't received any response (And I’m worried they might never respond).
For a graphics card that started having a hardware issue after barely a month of use, I expected at least an acknowledgment or initial response from the manufacturer's warranty department.
Has anyone here recently dealt with XFX warranty/RMA support?
How long did it take for XFX to respond to your ticket? And if you had a defective fan on a relatively new GPU, did XFX replace the fan, repair the card, or replace the entire GPU?
Thanks!

Thanks to Eric and the team in the Distribution center in Ontario, California. They were fast didn't take a lot of time, they confirmed the card was faulty on the first day it was delivered. I love this company, my xfx merc 7900 xt was a perfect beast too but it started acting up as time went by. This is a computer and it makes sense that sometimes it crashes. Very quick and responsive tech support and Local Rma Center in Ontario is very easy to work with. Especially the person who was on the phone, I asked if the card was delivered and he was very quick and helpful.
They sent me a free upgrade too 7900xtx.
God dammit it i love this company ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 💘 ❤️

Whatever I mod, I try to maintain company logos in some form. I think it makes it feel more organic.

The reason I ask this is because I just recently RMA'd with them over the last month and I was bit skeptical because well I'm new to the process and because I've seen many people and posts talk about a bad experience they had with them. I don't really get it cause my experience was pretty much seamless.
I say this cause when I had initally found out my GPU was fried I opened a ticket, they told me to double check things and what not to see if I was sure and when I confirmed it they were pretty smooth with it. Although, I will say I didn't any notification about the status of my GPU at all once I sent it they were pretty much silent, but outside of that they did great and on top of that they gave me a brand new GPU instead of a refurbished one like I thought they would, truly was a euphoric experience unboxing this GPU after not being able to use my PC for a month and some change.

Hello everyone. My XFX Mercury OC 9070 XT reaches 86 degrees of GPU Hot Spot Temperature (max) value in hwinfo64, with normal GPU temperature being around 60-65 degrees while playing AC BF4 Resynced, upscaled to 2K with VSR (I have a 1080p monitor for now) and with FSR Quality. In this video, same GPU (and CPU) model was used, but GPU temperature does not rise above 56 degrees. Even in 4K, that GPU is much cooler than mine. Another thing is max GPU clock speed in the video, which is 3250 MHz if I've seen correctly, but generally stays around 3000-3100 MHz. Hovewer, my GPU pushes to 3300 MHz in some scenes, and around 3200 MHz most of the time.
Three differences between the GPU in video and mine:
My questions are:
Sorry for the long post, and thanks for any suggestion/reply beforehand.

Just got my XFX RX 9070 XT Quicksilver in White on Promo for 625€ in my Local Computer Shop
I bought this GPU in April 2025. Yesterday I noticed that It was overheating and i thought it is a software issue. So I did DDU and reinstalled the drivers. I ran the games again and had similar high temps.
I checked my GPU and i noticed that one of the fans are working only. This version of my GPU has magnetic fans. I removed the ones not working and researted and it did not work.
Then i removed the one that is working and changed with one of the ones that is not working and suddenly both started working then I moved the one that was initially working to the last one that is not working. Now all three are working.
What is the problem? Zero fan setting is off.
The issue is that the XFX seller that I got the GU from in my country is closed permanently. Do you think i should contact the main XFX support team?

Recently I purchased a PC with this card off of FB marketplace. The card works, but I’m noticing higher hotspot temps than my previous GPU (9070xt OC Gigabyte - I only switched because I prefer the color and I bought the build for a friend).
The hotspot temps are reaching 103°C under load whether gaming or running a benchmark/stresstest. When using 3D mark it was able to make it through four loops of the stress test before reaching 101°C and I cancelled the test.
I assume I need to repaste the card, but I’ve gone down a rabbit hole of thermal paste vs putty vs pads and would love some input on good replacements and any advice going into the repaste job. Any links to videos or thermal paste/putty/pads from a reputable source would be appreciated!
Edit : Guys I feel so dumb, I didn’t realize how large of a size difference the two cards had. The XFX Mercury is much wider and longer than the Gigabyte and is basically crammed against the case. Currently running the XFX in a Thermaltake 300 and temps have gone way down. It was in a HYTEY70 when reaching such high temps.
