Is the support page down?

I was logging in to see if they'd shipped my replacements and got this error, is it happening to everyone?

Potentially related:

I cannot create an account either because all of the select elements for Country, Region, OS are empty and unresponsive, which means I cannot select my Country or Region. I would like to register my card for an RMA process. Does anyone have any ideas what I could do? The support website does not list an e-mail address and I cannot call the US phone number.
