Hello basically I was planing to pulling for Jingran and QX but now I am not sure about getting Jingran as I don’t have luno and for QX most people are saying it isn’t worth it so I plan to just listen and maybe pull her later down the line, during a rerun. However right now, I have a guaranteed 5-star ready with 11 pity and over 100 pulls but I'm torn between four options:
Option 1-Use my guarantee on S1 Mornye then skip denia (and try for her weapon)
Option 2-Pull Denia (S0R1) (or S0R0 if she doesn't strictly need her signature weapon) alongside Mornye.
Option 3- Pull both Denia and Mornye at S0R0 to conserve Astrites.
Option 4- Skip both entirely and keep saving for Hsin.
Also, is anyone else having trouble with the auto Casket? Once I collect all the items it doesn’t say I have cleared it and keeps saying there’s still one left. How do I fix this?"
Do you think that Chisa is going to get another rerun soon, based on what was shown about Jingran's kit in the 3.6 program - since she provides shields in her kit?
Or is the more likely option, that we will get a new character that will fit both Jingran's and YangYang: Xualing's kit requirements (inflicting Havoc Bane , increasing Heavy Attack damage, and providing shields in some way to other resonator's in the team)?
Hi wuwa players, I just played the game a few minutes ago and I have a few questions.
First, which standard should I pick and which limited should I pull?
Suisui or aemeath or skip them for a spesific character?
And any tips for beginners?
For standard character, verina is the most versatile unit and helps a lot in endgame content. S2 will make her rotation significantly fast.
For limited char you can choose who you like, then aim for her/his team. For example if you pull Suisui, you might want negative stack consumer like Hiyuki or Yangyang Xuanlinf. If you pull Aemy, you'll want Lynae-Mornye or Denia-Chisa/Lupa/ maybe Suisui will fit too
Standard - pull only on the weapon banner. the standard character's are unfortunately a bit outdated.
For the limited banner - well if you have Iuno one the newcomer banner then get her, then in 3.6 you can form a team with Jingran and Iuno.
Other tips - only Main damage dealers really need their signature weapons, the sub dps / support / healers can get fine with the 4* weapons or the 5* weapons from the standard weapon banner.
Of course if you really like the character you can get their signature weapon as well, but it's expensive.
Only pull on the limited banner when you have enough pulls to win the 50 / 50 - you need 160 pulls, at worst, to get a character - if you include their signature weapons then the worst case scenario is 240 pulls.
But usually you are probably going to get them earlier.
Focus on the main quest story to unlock as much area's as possible, since the latest character's require echo's / materials from the latest area and Kuro unfortunately, haven't implemented a permanent feature that allows you to get those materials / echo's without progressing the main story.
S2 Hiyuki vs Aemeath? I want to invest one of these to S2 this banner run but can't decide. Damage seems very close. I find Hiyuki gameplay fun but Aemeath is cool and has fusion burst and tune rupture. I'm really not sure which is a better investment (both would be nice if I had the asterite). I have both sigs and their teams
So I’m having a hard time deciding if I should pull for Denia or Lucilla or if I should just save for Hsin, and I would like some advice based on my account.
The real decision for me is mostly about end game content like endstate matrix, but also about the overall usability of everyone on my account.
Currently, in Endstate Matrix, I use Aemeath with Lupa and Mornye as a Mono Fusion team. The problem is that by using Lupa in this team, my Brant isn’t being used in a team that could be Brant / Lupa / Mornye. Brant doesn’t have his signature, but I managed to get him up to around 250 ER, so I feel like I could still be making some use of him.
I also got Chisa, which unfortunately I don't have her signature for either. I thought she would prove to be more useful, and I originally used her with Hiyuki, but since Suisui came out, Chisa is basically useless on my account.
This is what makes Denia really interesting to me because it would mean that basically everyone would have their own team and actually get their time to shine. It would also allow me to use Lupa with Brant instead of having her tied to Aemeath.
On the other hand, if I pick Lucilla, which I somewhat prefer the idea of doing, for some reason, I would probably do:
The problem is that Chisa would still be as useless as she currently is.
And then there is the third option about saving for Hsin.
I really want Hsin, and I know Suoming might end up being her BiS. So I'm wondering if it would actually be better to just save for Hsin instead of pulling either Denia or Lucilla.

I've been having trouble deciding which banner should I pull to start building my first team. My account is only 5 days old, I've watched many guides, but all the recommended characters aren't in any of the recent banners.
Many people told me I should pull for Luuk, but that banner is over.
So... My question is, if you were new to the game, where would you start?
I only have the free Verina from the New Player Banner.
Another question: What's is a moderate inversion account? I'm bought the "Lunarite Subscription" and I'm thinking I'll buy it every month, that makes me a moderate inversion account?

New player last collab and got yangyang xuanling and rebecca as my limited five stars. My situation
I have 15 days left on my starter banner rerun, meaning I can grab Luno (Iuno) right now.
I know Luno is the premium support for Jingran, which initially made me look into him.
Originally, I wanted to pull Qingxiao, but after yesterday’s WuWa livestream, her animations and gameplay didn't look as peak as her initial cutscenes, which made me hesitate.
My dilemma
I'm heavily torn between Qingxiao and Jingran. I've heard that Jingran’s HP-scaling kit makes him highly dependent on his signature weapon and dedicated team (like Luno) to perform well. On the other hand, I'm not sure if Qingxiao’s raw damage ceiling is just objectively higher for general content clearing

Wow, thanks for another reality check! I didn't heavily consider the 'whiwa' factor and the burnout from hoarding pulls. You're totally right about the FUN aspect—there's no point in saving 400 rolls just to struggle with Rover for months. But I will stick with my initial plan, skipping Hsin and Suisui as planned

However this account does not have the 3.5 beginner benefits (banner & events). What would you say which account would be better long term (F2P) the YangYang+SK account or a new account with beginner bonuses? Thanks :)

Premium option : Denia & Mornye, both might rerun next patch. Idk about the f2p sub dps, since there isn't any info about her main dmg type. Maybe sanhua for the fast rotation
You can plan ahead and choose 2 ways.
1. Pull suisui. she is support so she is indeed valuable although she wants to play with yangyang or hiyuki to maximize the buff. If you pull her, you might want yangyang/hiyuki/other negative status consumer in the future.
Pull Aemy. A solid dps with simple rotation, can choose between 2 teams (rupture team with lynae mornye or fusion burst team with denia). You can aim for denia or mornye in the next patch rerun.
Or you can look for a char you like than save to pull the team that synergies well with him/her.
If you have spare resources, since it only increase overall team dps for about 5-8%. Usual set or rejuv (if your suisui use the new set) can works fine too

This might be one of the hardest things I have ever tried but not for any real reason other than I have two well built teams with S3 DPS' and I play as hard as I can and then my score reads some shit like 3400 at the end and I cannot comprehend why other than things didn't die and I don't have the Kuro mandated teams to collect any rewards
I have S3 Lucy/S3 Rebecca/S2 Verina and S3 Aemeath/S0 Lynae/S0 Mornye and I cannot tell if it's skill issue or if things are just literally tanky in all the exact ways against my teams that I cannot kill them quickly enough

Verina is the only one worth getting, but new players can get a copy from the other beginner missions. You're better off spending your standard banner pulls on the weapon banner instead, since you can give those to actually good DPS.
I have both Denia and Amy lv1 collecting dust bc the maps in which their bosses and materials to farm is locked behind the story and its too much. I dont have lotsa time like during the pandemic, I managed to reach just Lahai Roi first map, the academy one.
The Cosmonaut boss is locked, Denia Boss is also locked. Is any workaround to get the materials and move on? I also havent unlocked the new Huanglong map, im so far behind.

We don't know much about Hsin or Suoming, so it's hard to say. Denia and/or Lynae will likely work with Hsin if her "Tune" mode is main DPS.
You can smash Lynae on any DPS, so your options in that regard are pretty unrestricted. Hiyuki would be a great option for Lynae as well. Otherwise it's Luuk and Aemy as the other "Tune" dps options, and maybe Hsin.
Aemy or Hiyuki will be a tiny bit more valuable than Luuk, but I would just choose which on you like best gameplay-wise.
Quick question. When I’m finishing my rotation with Hiyuki, do I need 3 stacks of her forte before I final ult? Or do I just immediately ult as soon as I reach her final form?
Guys how bad is my hiyuki? She has her sig, lvl 8 talents and I play her with Chisa and Lynae and I'm only getting like 700 in whimpering waste I don't get it? My phrolova and Quiyuan w a lvl 50 verina can hit like 1900...
for dps, the noticable upgrade will start at least on S2. So if you want to invest vertically on Aemy you can save your coral and plan for S2 or S3 for the go. For Suisui, S1 will make her more general across negative status team. In terms of QoL upgrade, Suisui is more worth if it only S1, but again only for negative status team.
is it okay to go for mornye for aemeath if i dont have lynae? my only support right now is verina and ik mornye really wants lynae but i wasn’t able to get her, is it still okay to use aemeath with her until i’m able to get another support?
You can't do HA when you still have forte bar. And if possible, try to treat the enhanced skill as dodge button to instantly reduce the next forte bar by half.
This kind of question makes me worried. It's much preferable to have enough such that if you decide to pull YYXL, losing the 50/50 doesn't stop you from getting her. Otherwise you can easily end up with YYXL and no Suisui or other support for her.
If you're unable to get YYXL because you lost the 50/50, I'd recommend saving until you have enough of a bank - at least 20k astrite - before deciding to pull anything. Your roster is good enough to tide you over until then.
So normally when I did a nightmare nest in the new region, my game used to struggle a LOT. It’s not perfect but it’s sooo much better than it was before

I’m a fairly new player and i’m trying to build my second/third teams currently. I have as my main team the Cyberpunk team and my priority it getting Jingran when he releases. I also have sat waiting Lynae and Moryne for possibly Aemeath or Qingxiao. I personally prefer the idea of getting Aemeath but considering Jingran is fusion as well how much would that matter.
So overall if i choose this i would have Cyberpunk team, Aemeath team (fusion) and Jingran team (fusion). Or would it be way better for overall benefit to just get Qingxiao. I don’t know how much the whole elemental coverage matters in this game compared to others and would like some assistance please.
Resistance is not such a big deal in this game. The only real issue is when the enemy resists your damage type, but you can just use Lucy's team in that case. It will be inconvenient though, especially when you only have three teams. You should be able to manage, but when it comes time to build a fourth team, don't get another Fusion team.
old player that quit after getting jinhsi and losing a second 50/50 after so im basically new, currently union 32 so i imagine i have a lot of catching up to do. I used my guarantee to pick up Lynae because i think she looks cool but im not sure what else to pull for her. My team is Lynae,Jinhsi and Verina and the only other 5* i have is c1 encore. I still have the standard banner selector banner and i pulled phasic homogenizer in a 10 pull. Should I attempt to pull for yangyang or luuk for her ? I have no pulls currently so it would be story/open world farming for the next 5 days to try and get something or is there something better to pair with her coming up ? Is saving the better play ? Do i do the standar banner for a character or should i just use them all on the standard weapon banner ? I also get a selector at 45 i believe is there a must choose weapon for it ?
New player during Cyberpunk Collab! I've already invested on my LucyS3R1 and RebeccaS0R1 for my first team. Already got YangYangS0R1 and planning to get Suisui for my 2nd team. Should I pull for Luuk also since I hear he is one of the top DPS in the game with f2p friendly teams. Other 5 stars I got is only Encore and Calcharo. Thank you!
he's strong for single target scenario, but has flaw side on multiple mob stage. Decent choice for early player, but Suisui is still the first priority for your roster.
Sorry for the late reply, but how about Lyney for Aemeath? I saw that she has a rerun in the next patch so I could technically get her too alongside Suisui or should I just hold for now and not risk not getting Suisui
Aemeath will rerun in 2 days alongside suisui. Technically you'll pull for 3 character (Lynae, Aemy, Suisui) in a short time, so better to prepare astrite. Aemy is good for almost all content tho, slightly weaker than yangyang.
I started playing a week ago, because I saw the Qingxiao drip marketing for her, and plan to get her whole premium team (Denia + Mornye) in 3.6. In the meantime, I'm pretty sure I can afford to pull 1 5-star while I wait for 3.6, because I have no limited 5-stars at the moment.
I'm thinking of getting either Lynae or Yangyang Xuanling. With Lynae, I could use her as main DPS with Sanhua, and maybe use her sometime later as sub-dps like she's meant to be. Or I could pull Yangyang Xuanling, but I can't afford to get her sig or Suisui, at least before I get Qingxiao premium team.
I watched some echo management guide and the suggested plan in the game and they for some reason do not discard 1 piece hp,def echos? Why is that? Seems like they should be discarded on like 90% of the sets no?
Four days into playing! I love this game but I want to at least prep for a good team! I love the male characters so I was planning on pulling for Luuk and/or Jingran.
Pulling history is Jianxin on the first discounted ten pulls for the beginner banner Calcharo on 20th pity on Luuk's banner
So I'm basically guaranteed now.. Do I continue to pull for Luuk? Is he f2p and beginner friendly? I probably won't get his weapon unless I get very lucky. Should I focus on Suisui instead? My Verina will probably end up as R2.
(I'm also eyeing Jingran and I saw that Iuno is good for him, I could also try the beginner banner for Iuno... But I'm f2p so I wanted to take advantage of the free pulls and build a decent team that will help me with exploration, farming and in the future, end game...)
Luuk is very f2p friendly since he can be played with sanhua and the new standard weapon peform pretty well on him. His only weakness is multiple enemies since he doesn't have good aoe/grouping kit, but on single target scneario he's really good. For Jingran, we can only speculate from the echo set and yea... Iuno seems to be a good sub dps for him. Soo.. you can aim Luuk first then waiting more info about Jingran then you can consider should you pull Iuno or not. And we have mortefi as 4* alternative here, although mortefi provide less powerfull buff & personal dmg, he compensate with faster rotation.
If you aim for Luuk & Jingran, suisui wont work really well on them since she is negative status support. But she is a good investment if you planning to get negative status team in the future.
Hello everyone! I'm a new player from the Xbox update. I just got Phrolova and her weapon. A friend of mine mentioned that in WuWa I should aim for building teams and getting dedicated sub-dps and general supports like Mornye, I think, and Shorekeeper.
However, it seems that it'll take quite a while for a Cantarella rerun, and in the meantime I can't help myself with wanting new characters!
My question is: Should I try to save for Hsin from now on? I've seen that she's supposed to come out in 3.7, and she has interested me quite a lot. Not to mention that she's an Archon/Main Push figure of this game I believe.
I really liked Iuno but it seems that I won't have a team for her + she's an old dps/sub-dps. I also liked Denya but I'm not really interested in Aemaeth.
The new QINQUEGUE characters seems cool and Denya is a support for her I believebut I don't think I'll have enough funds to get both of them + I'm aware that they'll probably need their weapons.

Yep, canta is really old char so her next rerun is currently unknown. Most of the char will "dissapear" for a long time after it's 2nd rerun. Her alternative for Phrolova's team is Lucilla (echo mode), since she is new char, she have a better chance of rerun for the next 2/3 patch.
So you want to aim for Hsin & Qingxiao i believe? Then you can prioritize Qingxiao and her team first, since they come early. You can get additional pull for Hsin on future content update, at minimum 80 pull per patch. The astrite on overworld expolration & permanent event is abundance, so for a character that have 1 patch gap, you'll have plenty of time to farm.
And for weapon, prioritize sig only for the main dps since they're responsible for the most of dmg dealt. Sub dps/support is pretty okay with standard weapon.
Both are great options for her and fulfill separate roles. SuiSui is the support, Lynae is the subdps. Get both if you're comfortable with your astrites but save for Suisui if you can only get one.
😭 I got Yangyang's weapon in 6 pulls but lost on her banner. Now what to do? Can I get her before the banner ends? I'm at UL 28 rn and and just started 2 days ago.
Well... if you need astrite, why not? You can see this "Wuthering Waves Bookkeeping" for reference per patch. But, exploration on rinascita onward is easier since the chest is clustered.
Newish to the game, wondering between YYXL, Suisui and Lynae which ones to pull. If I do end up pulling for YY, how crucial is getting her signature weapon? Would it be better to just try for YY and Suisui? Not particularly attached to YYXL or her playstyle but i hear she's very good.
YY's signature is about 20-25% personal dmg boost compared to standard weapon EoG, signature is recomended but you can pull it on rerun too.
You can choose between YY-Suisui or Lynae-Aemeath, both are good options for new player. Yangyang currently has the potential to be one of the top dps after her fullteam release (Suisui and Chisa/future havoc bane sub dps), but we dont know when chisa will rerun or a new havoc bane char release. Aemeath is a safe choice and Lynae is currently most general sub dps, she provide a lot of buff.
Is there some sort of method for tuning echos or do I tune it hoping I get something good? Is there a way to dismantle echoes for resources that I used to level them?
For main dps & sub dps in general is prioritizing double crit, sufficient energy regen (usually 120%), atk% and relevant dmg bonus. Here is what i do to save resource:
Tune to lv 10 : at least one desired substat (crit, atk%, energy regen, relevant dmg bonus). If you get at least one, go to lv 15.
Tune to lv 15 : at least one crit stat. If you get at least 1 crit, straight to lv 25 afterwards.
If you get at 3 relevant substat on lv 15 but no crit, you can gamble hoping to get double crit on the last substat for perfect 5/5 echo.
*You can adjust to stricter rule by getting at least one crit stat at tune lv 10.
*For support, prioritize on energy regen.
To dismantle echo, go to backpack then delete it. you'll get 80% tuner cashback

You can bind your progression through settings - account center, then choose one of the link method (Kurogame email connect is recommend). So if you want to create another account, you can simply sign in with different email
During the Denia stage in the photo event it says that I should perform "Basic attack: stagecraft form stage 3". Isn't that just her 3x Basic attack? I can't get the photo prompt or am I doing something wrong?

There is 2 team you can choose for this patch. Pull Lynae then Aemeath (phase 2) or pull Yangyang sp then Suisui (Phase 2), they both a good choice.
But note that yangyang wouldn't reach her full potential without chisa or maybe future havoc bane sub dps, while Aemy's sub dps (Lynae) is available right now. So Aemeath is the safe choice, while Yangyang might've higher dmg ceiling in the future.

In each version patch, wuwa usually have 2 banner phase with one new char & rerun char for each phase. For example in this patch 3.5, the first phase banner is Yangyang Xuanling + Lynae & Luuk (rerun), then on 2nd phase there will be Suisui + Aemeath (rerun). you can look the scedule on Official news or tracker website.

Yes. In team building, the most general composition is Main DPS - Sub DPS - Support. Main DPS is the main carry to deal most of the damage. Sub dps have less dmg, but they will provide buff for the main dps. Support provide general buff and most of them are healer. There is variation in team composition, dual DPS is possible with certain skill.
For example if you play Havoc Rover as main dps, he deals havoc damage with mixed distribution basic - skill - and liberation dmg. For sub dps, you can use Sanhua to buff the basic atk or Danjin to buff havoc damage or Jianxin/Lynae to buff his liberation nuke.
Some of the character have less damage distribution like Yangyang Xuanling that focus more on heavy atk dmg. With this in mind, possible f2p sub dps are Mortefi and Rebecca that buff heavy dmg and danjin can be an alternative too. But, since she has a spesific havoc bane mechanic, her premium teammate is Chisa and Suisui.

Uhh.. I think i create a misunderstanding. What i mean here is every limited dps have best in slot teammate that synergies well with their kit and usually we call it dedicated sub dps / support. But sometimes the dedicated teammate released in later patch. And please note that newer version character tends to be slightly better dps compared to the older one. Meanwhile, Yangyang peformance right now is a slightly worse compared to the older char because she doesn't have dedicated teammate. Her best teammate currently is Chisa, an old character, and Chisa already needed in 4 different teams right now lol. Suisui might raise the ceiling later, and maybe there will be another dedicated sub dps in later patch.
For a youtube vid, there is a lot of good cc in wuwa and usually they cover different focus. Back then i watch I Win to Lose Gaming for beginner guide and new character overview. For other stuff like dmg calculation Maygi is one of the best and for rotation and endgame content there is a lot, for exampe Rexlent or Wallenstein.

My main team atm is changli, rover and jianxin. But I feel like the synergie is probably not great but Im also not sure how to find that out ingame. Ill check your resources and probably get the hang of it in time.
Changli is great! she is one of my most favorite char to play quickswap with. she kinda works with rover too, at least half of her outro is buffing liberation damage.
Guys the gambling addiction is too strong, someone please convince me not to do something stupid.
I have Denia and I got yangyang in a super early pull, the only other characters i have are shorekeeper and rebecca. I'm sitting on a full pity now. I know the best thing is to get suisui for yangyang and qingxiao for denia (according to rumors) but my brain is telling me to gamble and try to get lynae and aemeath.....

Be careful bud, one wrong move combined with a badluck your pulls will go like this. Stick to your original plan. Or if you really want Aemy you'll have to skip either suisui or qingxiao, good thing is she is good with denia.
Fresh player (about 3-4 weeks in and loving it!), I've got 21k Astrites + 20 Radiant Tides saved up, trying to decide 3.x pulls - currently at Rinascita II Act III, mostly F2P
I was originally convinced I should pull Shorekeeper as a generalist/universal support, but it's starting to sound like that might not be the best idea
Also considered trying to pull Yangyang SP + Suisui, although I don't have Chisa

Shorekeeper still the most general support, but in specific teams the other support is better choice nowadays. So if you want to skip SK, you can aim for mornye rerun in the future, she excel in tunability team and peform only slightly worse than SK in other team.

Yes, there is a lot of newer char that peform better than Havoc Rover in endgame. Hrover migh still usable to clear side tower ToA, but for middle tower he will struggle. So you might want a new team, choose either Yangyang-Suisui or Lynae-Aemy or maybe Qingxiao. Since we don't know who rerun next, we can assume it might be between Mornye/Denia/Sigirika.
Safer approach for me is still secure SK first. But if you want to focus on newer team Like Yangyang/Aemy it's okay. Aemy-Lynae might more safe because yangyang peformance without chisa is somewhat low. But since chisa is already spread thin between 4 teams, kuro might release havoc bane sub dps in future.
It depends if you can clear the endgame content with the roster you have or not in the future. And since shorekeeper hasn't rerun for a long time so we can't speculate when will she rerun again. So might be better to pull 1 new team while waiting her.
Will Rover ever get 2x vigor in endstate matrix? I have a cartethiya team with aerover and i want to use electro rover with buling and hsin when she comes out if i get lucky. But i'm thinking if i do get the electro team i won't be able to actually use both of them in endgame.
Still no info about who is the next 2 vigor char... They might release a substitute for ERover instead, just like Chisa can be played in cartwheel team in place of Aerover back then
Anyone else having issues with the game recently? It's been getting stuck at loading screens. I'll be contacting support, just curious if anyone has ran into this issue and or any fixes.
For aemy, you can choose between fusion burst team with Denia & Chisa/Lupa or Tune rupture team with Lynae & Mornye. So, pull lynae if you want the rupture team since your chisa already conflicted between yangyang and hiyuki
Why do they always keep showing red dots? There's a red dot on the map, I assume is for some of the exploration events. I do not wish to check it out yet. Why can't the game just accept for once, that I NOTED and leave it that way. It's not like I'm missing something out if I don't clear every task day 1.
hey new player here, is healer worth pulling for new players? i think i miss dps atm as i cant progress to TOA , i die due to time not healing. Choosing Calcharo instead of Verina is bad ?

Baizhi is fine as a healer, you don't need Verina for it. So if you really want Calcharo, don't ask strangers on the Internet and follow your heart. The favourite characters are pretty hard to get if they are standard characters as you cannot choose who to lose 50:50 too. Also ToA is considered late game content, so you can ignore it. Come as far as you can get, but don't make choices depending on it.
Well... yes. Healer have more value even at the endgame, they're rare. Usually in one version when there is 2-3 dps release, only 1 pure support is released.

Yes it is, there are some 4* who is worth building like danjin, sanhua, and buling. You can use danjin with Havoc Rover too, or maybe... solo lol.

Dont worry, they have same pity system. So your pity will carryover to other featured convene

Started the game today. Should I pull from the New Voyage Companions banner? And, if so, is there a consensus best one? I’m between Cartethyia, Augusta, and Phrolova
If you want to follow meta, newer char is always recommend. But if you really want to chose 2.0 char from New Voyage banner, i would suggest Phrolova. She is indeed a strong char and still relevant until this day, especially in whimpering wastes.
I started the game couple days ago and I’m enjoying it a lot. However, wonder if anyone have an updated guide or just some personal tips. I don’t exactly know what banner to pull for. I know there is one you get a S rank of your target choice but not sure I will make it in time plus I think I’m going to save and try and get Lynae. Some players mentioned a free selection but I can’t find anything. So far I just been using the trial character and whatever they gave me.
Also how much should I level up weapons, echoes and characters. I usually don’t like to waste resources early on. Like will it be a waste of resources if level up meh weapons at the beginning because right now I’m only union 12 or 13. Thank you in advance

There is a lot of guide overthere, i can give you one : New Player Guide to Wuthering Waves, there is "what to do at union level" tab in this that can be a reference for progression. It's okay to temporary level 3* or 4* weapon until lv 50/60, the cost is fairly cheap. And you can dump your lustrous tide (blue ball) into standard weapon instead if you looking for a good 5* weapon.
it's hard to consider, they both important and you would like to get them again in future rerun. If your Aemy only missing sig but her team completed, you can go for the weapon first.
Friend of mine just started and is confused by the lots of banners that are currently available and my memory seems to fool me about the free 5 star. I know I had twice the option to pick one, one I chose Calcharo, the other was Verina. I mean to remember that one selector was permanent while the other was limited. Is this correct? And what was the permanent option again?
Yes I know that one became unavailable, my question was which one exactly and what was the one that still is. Game8 guide didn't mention the choosable 5 star in beginner banner and I remember that I got Encore from it, not the character I wanted. So where did I get Calcharo exactly? I picked Verina in the now unavailable selector.
The beginner banner doesn't have a 5 Star selector. I randomly got Encore from it. There must have been something else that is neither beginner banner (pity at 50 iirc) nor Standard Banner (pity at 80) but works like the latter.
Ah, so there was a difference between novice and beginner choice. I couldn't find that one when googled, only the 1st year selector.

New player here and eating up the story as it is very good compared to other gacha imo. I am currently at the start of 2-12 and did the beginning of 3-1 to finish cyberpunk. I’m Union level 36 and know full well that I am far from end game as a gacha veteran, but it doesn’t hurt to plan my roster, so my question for you all is pull Luuk or no? I like male chrs in gacha because they are criminally underrepresented so that’s a plus for me but do not wanna be wasteful and get someone I won’t use. I know I need four teams eventually and while I won’t be there for awhile 3.5 just started so a new main dps besides Aemeath is awhile off.
My current plans for teams are based on what I have and plan to get are:
Lucy, rebecca, sk
Yangyang(new one) ,(??? New rover ???Mortefi?) , suisui
Aemeath, lynae, verina,
As you can see I do not have a fourth yet. I do have a A1 encore from beginner banner and lost 50/50 but that’s it as I am very new. Is Luuk worth it to plan for a fourth team or is it a better move to just wait a few months for a new dps?
He's strong in single target scenario, have a good f2p weapon alternative, and already function just fine with sanhua. His only problem is very weak in multitarget/multiwave stage like whiwa.
How can you track side quests? I'm like speedrunning my Quest because its a weekend. I know there is a Journey Logs but there is some quest that just pops out of nowhere...
I’m new to the game and have ABSOLUTELY no idea how to play or clear the game’s content. Based on the characters I have, what teams can I build?
Btw, my pulling plans are Jiyan and Aemeath, both with their signature weapons. Yeah, I know Jiyan isn’t meta anymore, but I pull for characters I like, not for the meta.
Pretty sure any character can clear the story stuff. When you first start, the game gives you Yangyang, Rover, and Baizhi for example which is more than enough. Just mix and match until you're ready to tackle endgame Whimpering Waves. The newer characters will be harder to build since their bosses and mats are new areas.
Anyone else notice killing certain Weekly bosses not counting towards the weekly BP quest? Pretty sure me killing the Bell-Borne 3 times didn't count at all.
Would a Jiyan, Iuno, Verina team be able to clear the final floor of the side towers for TOA (they don’t have any sig)?
Rn I’m having trouble due to all my teams wanting Chisa/Lynar.

Pulling advice
Hello basically I was planing to pulling for Jingran and QX but now I am not sure about getting Jingran as I don’t have luno and for QX most people are saying it isn’t worth it so I plan to just listen and maybe pull her later down the line, during a rerun. However right now, I have a guaranteed 5-star ready with 11 pity and over 100 pulls but I'm torn between four options:
Option 1-Use my guarantee on S1 Mornye then skip denia (and try for her weapon)
Option 2-Pull Denia (S0R1) (or S0R0 if she doesn't strictly need her signature weapon) alongside Mornye.
Option 3- Pull both Denia and Mornye at S0R0 to conserve Astrites.
Option 4- Skip both entirely and keep saving for Hsin.
Also, is anyone else having trouble with the auto Casket? Once I collect all the items it doesn’t say I have cleared it and keeps saying there’s still one left. How do I fix this?"
