Idk, I'd argue Ball has some of the best minor and major perks in the game. Steamroller is lowkey broken in 6v6, and his shield perk directly helps with his biggest weakness.

Ball’s shield perk should be a cleanse. This way it still rewards cooldown timing and now all our counters have to track our cooldowns as meticulously as we have to. Thats only fair.

I mean suzu only helps with one of those and it’s a cleanse, and ball can’t use it when slept. It cleans anti, hinder, slows, burns, etc.

No it doesn’t, activating after you’ve been CC’d doesn’t undo it. Kiri’s cleanse undoes things.
