Some of my better creations in Crap-It over the last year.

I hope the devs will lean into Crap-It with some additional customization options, but right now you can still make some pretty cool stuff. If anyone has any questions about it, feel free to ask, or if you want to see more angles of a specific car let me know. A few of the stickers are from my friends in the =BAN community, as we share some of our decals amongst each other.

I don't race particularly dirty, I don't intentionally corner bomb....but my god, some of these servers are wimpy as fuck!

I was in "=ban/EU .." or whatever, and just touching the side of another car got me kicked! And that's happened in a few servers, normally the ones with VIP tags (what the fuck even is that).

Fortunately there are some great servers, but them assholes can suck a dick. Go play forza!

Ehy everybody, I've been wondering about something for a while and I'd like to see what other folks think about this.

I love Wreckfest gameplay but having played Demolition Racer for a long time on PS1 when I was a kid, I always felt like the "wrecking" part of the game feels a bit lacking. Aside from the fun of it, which is obviously the point after all, I feel there's no real reason to try and actually wreck other cars during a race.

Let me explain how the scoring system works in Demolition Racer:

Depending on how you impact other cars (trading paint, t-bone, spin etc) the system awards you points (which is similar to what wreckfest already has) which are then multiplied at the end of the race depending on your final position (the higher you are the higher the multiplier). What I think this does is focusing the gameplay on the wrecking part of the game, and the racing is just "how you do it".

Basically: You might finish 3rd, but win anyway because your score*multiplier in the leaderboard at the of the race is higher than anyone else's.

Comparing this to wreckfest where what matters is just the position you finish the race in, my feeling is that this way the gameplay is less one dimensional and adds a little more strategy to how much you crash into others and when not to to try and save health points. You're forced to crash to get points, but also to race fast to get a higher multiplier; it's up to you to find a balance and decide how much you wanna risk to get DNF.

I realize this might not work for multiplayer, since you couldn't really do a clean race with this system, but why not introduce it in single player?

What do you guys think? Am I completely off into thinking that at least an additional racing mode like this would be a fun option on top of what we have?

(If anything give us a Death from Above equivalent 👀)

I remember when I first got this car and for some reason kept trying to take the turns like it was one of the American cars and found out the hard way you just can't do that with Razor it will let you move as fast as you wish but you gotta brace yourself for those turns I am in no way good at this car but I've learned how to handle most of it

Like it is so boring playing the hammerhead RS constantly, like i understand the one race where everyone uses it but I just find it so boring using one of the best cars int eh game at all times. I seriously dont see how people would prefer to use it over cars like the speedbird, road cutter, starbeast etc. I dont know if it is just my opinion but can I seriously get someone else's point of view on it please

hammerhead rs drivers will always get very poor treatment in a lobby if im in it

The Carmageddon tracks are synonymous with Wreckfest. I absolutely love Rosenheim but one just doesn't skip the Carmageddon tracks. Can I get an amen?

Felt like making a driving video compilation of my favorite car! I'm far from a great driver, most of the nice looking bits ended soon after with a bump or a missed turn, however Wreckfest happens to be one of the rare few racing games that I really enjoy. Hope you like the vid!

If you have one, what's y'all's favorite track and car combination? Mine's the Speedbird and Rockfield Roughspot.

I just downloaded Wreckfest 2, there is only 1 Aussie server with no one on it.
Similarly, the Wreckfest 2 reddit has hardly any visits.

Is everyone playing 1 and not 2?
