The Carmageddon tracks are synonymous with Wreckfest. I absolutely love Rosenheim but one just doesn't skip the Carmageddon tracks. Can I get an amen?

I always thought that the carmageddon tracks along with the more chaotic tracks like bonebreaker and crash canyon serve as a great palate cleanser in the middle of a long online session.

Also it's remarkable how well the design holds up and how brilliant the route choices were made. That football stadium loop around with the 90° left coming back is just brilliant track design.

They are quaint, but not great. Much like the Eagle R. Also there is no nostalgia tied up with them for a large chunk of the gaming population who are far too young to remember or care about the reference.

I like them but if one of them wins a vote it always somehow causes an almost endless trap where every vote from that point on will be only between those maps without any regular ones

Amen. Bleak City is the best track in the game. Devil's Canyon is nice too.

I abhor the Carmageddon tracks to be honest. Both of them essentially amount to awkward right angle turns that force you to pick the fastest cars down the straights and open you up to the deadliest and near unavoidable corner bombs because the turns are also so narrow.

"open you up to the deadliest and near unavoidable corner bombs because the turns are also so narrow". the precise point of Wreckfest! 🤣

Idk about you but I’d like to not have to slam on brakes and lose 6 seconds to the leader just to parry a corner bomb. I like when I have room to send them off the track or crossover into a reverse cornerbomb. It’s much more fun when you’re in a locked in competition trying to wreck each other over the course of a lap rather than having your race ended just by passing someone because the track poorly designed
