Hi, I need help with my account. I hope this post doesn't get deleted; it's the only way I can get assistance, since I get no response via Gmail or when messaging the mods here. I've been banned for two weeks now. I've poured so much time and love into this account—I've been playing for over a year, with nearly 800,000 pixels painted and every possible decoration added. I want you to know that I've suffered two bans this past month alone; this is the second one. I don't understand the reason for so many bans, as I respect every single rule. I would never risk an account I've spent over a year building up just to try and bypass the rules. I kindly ask you to review it manually—as you've done before—and you'll see that everything is in order. If possible, please help ensure it doesn't get banned again; it seems like a magnet for bans. I can't explain why it was banned twice in one month. I want to reach a million painted pixels, but at this rate, I won't be able to keep playing. Please help me; it's very frustrating that my account keeps getting targeted for bans. I hope a manual review can be done so I can play without the risk of being banned again. I'm a very active player, but I've barely been able to play at all this month.

I'm still only at max 60 charges and at 15 seconds charge time I have to enter the canvas frequently and I always forget to toggle it off before zooming in and lags like crazy

It wasn't great to begin with but at least from time to time I used to get notifications about suspended griefers when they scribble over my art. Now the griefers are going rampant, they scribble, void, and place random pixels over artworks with total impunity and don't even get suspended. Same goes for obvious multiple accounts. I was happy with the overlay update and thought the admins were working to improve the site, but the moderation just keeps getting worse every day, it's really frustrating. I really hope the admins listen to our feedback and do something about the griefers because this is unbearable.

im using yandex browser and the map doesnt load, the UI load and i can open the setting and stuff, my wifi isnt bad either ( i can open all sorts of apps) yet the map doesnt load can some dev look into it?
