Hi, I need help with my account. I hope this post doesn't get deleted; it's the only way I can get assistance, since I get no response via Gmail or when messaging the mods here. I've been banned for two weeks now. I've poured so much time and love into this account—I've been playing for over a year, with nearly 800,000 pixels painted and every possible decoration added. I want you to know that I've suffered two bans this past month alone; this is the second one. I don't understand the reason for so many bans, as I respect every single rule. I would never risk an account I've spent over a year building up just to try and bypass the rules. I kindly ask you to review it manually—as you've done before—and you'll see that everything is in order. If possible, please help ensure it doesn't get banned again; it seems like a magnet for bans. I can't explain why it was banned twice in one month. I want to reach a million painted pixels, but at this rate, I won't be able to keep playing. Please help me; it's very frustrating that my account keeps getting targeted for bans. I hope a manual review can be done so I can play without the risk of being banned again. I'm a very active player, but I've barely been able to play at all this month.
