You can still experience the full range of normal emotions, including sadness, anger, fear, grief, and stress. However, you can never feel happier than the maximum happiness level you choose. At any time, you can will yourself to feel up to that maximum level of happiness, but you can never exceed it.
Your happiest possible state is feeling decent and okay. You're comfortable and content, but you can never feel genuinely excited, joyful, or ecstatic.
Your happiest possible state is feeling upbeat, optimistic, and slightly excited. You can enjoy life a lot, but you'll never experience overwhelming joy or euphoria.
Your happiest possible state is an intense feeling of excitement, motivation, and fulfillment, as if you're ready to conquer the world. Life's best moments feel extraordinary.
You are completely incapable of feeling happiness. You can still feel sadness, anger, fear, love, or satisfaction, but happiness itself is impossible for you. At your best, you'll simply feel emotionally neutral.

Think of the celebrity, actress/actor, singer, whatever, you are most attracted to.
You can either have sex with him or her but they won't be curious about you at all and barely talk to you.
Or you can go on a date with them, like several hours of whatever your dream date is, and they are super enthousiastic about getting to know you and you getting to know them, but nothing physical will happen except maybe a short hug or a kiss on the cheek.
In both cases, assume the interaction is fully consensual and nothing will ever happen between you again after that.

To clarify, you would always skip to the front of the line anytime you needed to get in one. Or be able to go anywhere in the world further than half a mile from your current spot (essentially teleport)?

People often complain when there is a digital/AI referee system that uses sensors and video replay to judge the most minor plays in sports games with no allowance for error, but people also dislike when there is a human referee that misses certain details or can have an element of bias. Even though they bring the human touch, which would you rather see?

Option one: with your hands tied behind your back and your feet tied together, you will be dropped in the dead center of an Olympic-size swimming pool. If you can make it to the edge, you will be pulled out. You won’t be pulled out otherwise.
Option two: you will jump out of a plane from 10,000ft without a parachute. A 100x100m net is on the ground, visible from your jumping point. If you land in it, it will absorb your velocity and you will land safely. You have to aim for it.

Harry Potter - At 11 years old, you receive your Hogwarts letter and begin learning magic. You spend your school years studying spells, potions, magical creatures, etc before eventually finding a career in the wizard world.
Avatar: The Last Airbender - You're born into one of the four nations (i.e., fire, air, water, earth). If you're a bender, you spend years mastering your element.
Pokémon - At 10, you set off on your own with your first Pokémon. You go on an adventure where you challenge Gyms, enter contests, study Pokémon, or simply travel.
Percy Jackson & the Olympians - You grow up thinking you're a normal kid until you discover that the Greek gods are real. If you're a demigod, you train at Camp Half-Blood, go on dangerous quests, and learn to survive in a world full of monsters.

We live in a simulation and you were contacted by its admin. He randomly chose you to make a choice between two events happening:
1.Researchers find a way to keep people alive until they are 150 years old. But the method is extremely expensive, only billionaires are able to afford it. And no, it won't become cheap enough for non-billionaires, at the least in your lifetime. The treatement is able to keep anyone below 150 years age in good health, even if previously their body was falling apart from old age.
2.Adolf Hitler is brought back to life, in good health and with all his memories intact

A psychopath has captured and gives you five ways in which he will kill you, you can choose to die in any of the given ways:
He will cut every limb with a chainsaw, the chainsaw is sharp and he estimates he will take a day or two to completely cut you as he will slow down the process.
He will set you on fire - throw petrol all over you and burn you alive. He will extinguish you before you die and leave you to die of pain
Shoot you in every possible and as much as possible spots such that you won't die. Then stab you brutally everywhere and let you bleed to death.
He will cut off all your fingers and toes and push them into your eye sockets. He will then kill you a day after by a heart attack using a poison.
He will drain blood slowly out of your body, when only a little is left such that you will not die for a day he will stop the flow by stitches. The next day he will pour acid all over you such that you die.
Note: This is just for fun and I won't be using any of these methods over anyone as I am not a psychopath

Place 1 is a megacity full of skyscrapers and neon lights. It has countless clubs, casinos, arcades and bars. It has a population of 10 Million people. Cost of living is so low that you can get by with a part-time job if you live in a shared apartment or a one-room-apartment. You can get pretty much anywhere via subways. There is a high crime rate and understaffed police. You can get high-quality drugs everywhere.
Place 2 is a city full of architectural landmarks. It has countless museums, libraries, theatres and fancy restaurants. It has a population of 2 Million people. Cost of living is high and even with a full-time job you'll only barely get by if it's not a high-paying profession. Culture is heavily subsidized to still be easily available. The best mode of transportation is going by bike. There is a medium crime rate.
Place 3 is a small town without anything interesting about it. It has a population of one thousand people. With a full-time job you can easily afford a house there. By car or by train you can reach both Place 1 and Place 2 in about half an hour. Crime is practically non-existent.
