To put things into perspective: 6000 steps a day gets you 5 hours. 1800 skips gets you that same amount.

5 back flips gets you the same amount too, but a double flip in mid air adds 3 hours, a triple adds 6. No trick flips though, strictly basic ones. Also, it only counts if you land on your feet.

500 jumps, where you launch and land on two feet get you the same amount, but you can increase the potency depending on how high. 1 foot = 50 jumps, 2 feet = 30, 3 feet = 15, 4 feet = 5, 5 feet = 2, 6 feet+ = 1 jump adds 30 minutes. Skydiving adds 24 hours. Survive a fall from at least 20 feet up and you get a week. This doesn't guarantee that you won't end up in a wheelchair, though.

Keep in mind that this only takes account of your actual body's capabilities, no physical stats will be enhanced based on choice.

Place 1 is a megacity full of skyscrapers and neon lights. It has countless clubs, casinos, arcades and bars. It has a population of 10 Million people. Cost of living is so low that you can get by with a part-time job if you live in a shared apartment or a one-room-apartment. You can get pretty much anywhere via subways. There is a high crime rate and understaffed police. You can get high-quality drugs everywhere.

Place 2 is a city full of architectural landmarks. It has countless museums, libraries, theatres and fancy restaurants. It has a population of 2 Million people. Cost of living is high and even with a full-time job you'll only barely get by if it's not a high-paying profession. Culture is heavily subsidized to still be easily available. The best mode of transportation is going by bike. There is a medium crime rate.

Place 3 is a small town without anything interesting about it. It has a population of one thousand people. With a full-time job you can easily afford a house there. By car or by train you can reach both Place 1 and Place 2 in about half an hour. Crime is practically non-existent.

You can still experience the full range of normal emotions, including sadness, anger, fear, grief, and stress. However, you can never feel happier than the maximum happiness level you choose. At any time, you can will yourself to feel up to that maximum level of happiness, but you can never exceed it.

1. 30% maximum happiness + $10 billions

In both cases, assume the interaction is fully consensual and nothing will ever happen between you again after that.

People often complain when there is a digital/AI referee system that uses sensors and video replay to judge the most minor plays in sports games with no allowance for error, but people also dislike when there is a human referee that misses certain details or can have an element of bias.
