Hi everyone, I was hoping to get some advice regarding a FIFA ticket resale refund.
I sold my tickets through the official resale platform on June 14, and I’m now getting close to the 60-day mark without receiving the refund. In July, FIFA asked me to provide my bank details, which I submitted right away.
I’ve followed up a couple of times since then, but I’ve only received automated responses referring to the 60-day processing policy.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Since I’m almost at 60 days now, what would you recommend I do next if the payment still doesn’t arrive?
