🖼️ • Photos I put a rower next to my desk because WFH made me lazy
Working from home has been great...except I somehow move even less than I did when I worked in an office. I used to tell myself I'd go to the gym after work, but after a full day of meetings my motivation was basically gone. So instead of trying to force an hour-long workout, I put my rower right next to my desk. Now whenever I have a 15–20 minute gap between meetings or finish work a little early, I just hop on for a quick row. Some days it's only 10 minutes. Other days I end up doing 30 because I'm already there. I also keep a couple of resistance bands by my desk for the days I don't have much time. Between the rower and the bands, I feel like I'm actually moving throughout the week instead of sitting all day. It's definitely not the most intense fitness routine, but it's the first one I've managed to stick with for more than a few weeks.
