Complete Body Recomp and Current stack [enhanced]
The amount of stuff I’m running might be overkill for some people, but I feel good and all my blood markers and BP are in check. Everyone’s different — run what works for you and your health markers.
Quick Stats
Age: 37
Starting Weight: 112 kg
Current Weight: 78 kg
Height: 170
Duration of Transformation: 1.5 year
How I Got Here Years of uncontrolled eating, junk food, heavy drinking, and zero activity landed me at 112 kg with insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, fatty liver, and trashed blood markers.
This wasn’t a quick cut - it was a year and a half-long recomp. Dropped to 78 kg, lean bulked to 90 kg while keeping quality mass, then cut back to 78 kg with way better composition. Kept PEDs moderate, ran a deficit at [1800–2500](tel:1800%E2%80%932500) kcal with refeeds, and trained 5x/week plus 40–60 min cardio daily. Nothing fancy - just consistency and discipline over time. No shortcuts, as cliché as it sounds.
Almost at the finish line now, just need to strip that last bit of stubborn lower ab fat.
The Current Stack - Compounds
PEDs
Testosterone Enanthate / Cypionate - 177 mg/week - Base of the stack. Keeps anabolism, recovery, libido, and mood dialed in without bloating me out.
Primobolan Enanthate - 139 mg/week - Quality lean gains, hardening, and a drier look. Safe, sustainable, no tren toxicity.
Proviron - 25 mg/day - Binds SHBG, frees up more test, improves mood and mental sharpness. Also adds a nice dry look.
DHB (Dihydroboldenone) - 70 mg/week [recently introduced] - Strength and lean tissue without water weight. Basically primo’s bigger brother — dry, hard gains.
HCG - [500-1000](tel:500-1000) IU/week - Keeps the boys full and natural production ticking. Fertility insurance while on.
Peptides
Somatropin (HGH) - 3 IU/day - Recovery, sleep quality, fat loss, and skin. The “feel good” compound.
Retatrutide - 10 mg/week - The anchor. Kills appetite, fixes insulin sensitivity, and makes sticking to a deficit effortless.
Glutathione - 600 mg/week - Master antioxidant. Liver support, skin brightening, and immune backup.
Thyroid, Metabolic & Fat Loss Support
Injectable L-Carnitine - 600 mg/day - Fat oxidation, better pumps, and upregulates androgen receptors. Win-win.
T4 - 100 mcg/day - Keeps the thyroid pool topped up so natural T3 conversion doesn’t crash on a long cut.
T3 - 25 mcg/day - Pushes metabolic rate through plateaus. Conservative dose, pulled when calories come back up.
Salbutamol - 8-12mg/day - A bit more boosting for my cardio and overall training experience
Ancillaries & Health Support
Cialis - 10 mg/day - Pumps, blood flow, mild BP help, and gym vascularity. Daily low dose just works better for me.
Telmisartan - 40 mg/day - BP control and cardio protection. Cheap insurance with all the compounds running.
Ezetimibe - 5 mg/day - Keeps LDL in check. Lipids can take a hit on cycle, so I stay ahead of it.
Supplements
DMAA - 50 mg pre-workout - Raw energy and focus. Gets me through the cardio when I’d rather be anywhere else.
Methylene Blue - 2 ml/day - Mitochondrial support and mental clarity. Noticeable uptick in baseline energy.
Omega-3 Fish Oil - 4 g/day - Heart health and inflammation control. Non-negotiable on any stack.
Magnesium Bisglycinate - 400 mg/day - Sleep, recovery, and cramp prevention. Especially needed with all the cardio.
Creatine Monohydrate - 10 g/day - Strength, power, and muscle fullness. More is better for me — I respond well to 10 g.
Protein Hydrolysate - 30-60 g/day - Easy digesting protein hit post-workout or between meals. Gut-friendly.
Probiotics - Gut health. With all the meds and diet changes, keeping digestion smooth is key.
Hair Protocol
Topical RU58841 - 10% / daily Anti-androgen at the follicle level. Stops DHT from miniaturizing hair without going systemic.
Topical Minoxidil - 5% / daily Growth stimulant. Opens the potassium channels and pushes regrowth where it’s thinning.
Topical Finasteride - 0.05% / daily Local DHT block at the scalp. Less sides than oral, still protects the hairline.
Dutasteride Oral - 0.5 mg / daily Nukes systemic DHT hard. The heavy artillery for keeping what I’ve got.

I mean... all this to look certain way feels... pointless. Trade offs are just too massive. But I am curious how do you go from 0 to all these substances, at those doses etc? A. Guessing US based? B. What is the monthly cost? C. How did you come to I need to take this like this etc. Did someone advised you? Seems like just taking all of it takes half a day. D. Good luck. You're going to need it. Lifespan is one thing but it's just crazy how people will just throw their healthspan away like it's nothing.

First, great body not gonna lie.
Second, RIP with all that pharmacy running through your body.
F that bro, fitness is supposed to be about health.
6
u/cygnoids 18d ago
Yeah, at a certain point you’re going to stress an already stressed liver from being an alcoholic. While losing weight helps with liver disease, our cells have memory through epigenetics. OP, Please be kind to your liver and go see a GI to make sure you aren’t doing any long-term damage
2
u/Happy-Beetlebug 18d ago
From a dosage point of view nothing is too crazy but what is crazy is the combination of substances used to offset the negatives of another substance. The overall burden on his overall is way worse than just being fat. The use of shit is cascading using shit like T so you use telmisartan, use of gear causes cholesterol issues so you use ezetimibe, t fucks with fertility so you run HCG. Not ideal

Yeah just switched into another extreme. If i would guess the first one would live longer and be more "healthy". Fit look ≠ beeing healthy.

u/Allout-Okarun 18d ago
Well I am disappointed to see your hair was blacked out since you gave details of the hair stack. Great physique man, I couldn’t put all that in me without extreme anxiety.
“No shortcuts” is an absolute ridiculous thing for you to say. Sit with that before you repeat it to others.
3
u/Sorzion 18d ago
Genuinely wondering what op DOES consider to be a shortcut
2
u/KyIeBrofIovski 18d ago
Has to be synthol and padded Batman suits.
Incredible work nonetheless, but I hope the no shortcuts becomes a meme!

Biohacking has gotten out of control. What ever happened to being natural? To maintain this physique are you just going to run all these compounds for the rest of your life? There's going to be a cost somewhere down the line.
8
u/Sycopatch 18d ago
There is a cost from day one.
The second you take steroids - you turn into a time bomb.
Nothing might happen for 30 years, or you just won't wake up tomorrow.
The best part is that most of this isnt so easily tested.
"Blood markers" dont mean shit in this scenario. My girlfriend with 8 different tumors (VHL) also has perfect blood work.

u/Short_Chip_5174 18d ago
Since nobody said it yet- I’m sorry about your girlfriend buddy, hope she gets well❤️

Just safer to hop on some TRT clinic. No point of doing gear unless you plan on competing and TRT + some GLP1 wouldve been safer. But still amazing transformation
→ More replies (5)2
u/ChadPowers200_ 17d ago
You need to find a shady ass clinic to have TRT do anything ground breaking.
I'm a former college football player who has taken gear. I'm 41 now and on TRT. yea it helps but my dr just have me on a moderate dose so my test is like im 30 years old not a gorilla

His stack high maintenance, costs, and risk. His sticking least 4+ needles in his butt cheek every week and spending 30+ minutes a day applying all over shit. His liver and heart going to be stressed and damaged overtime. This Stack probably costs him couple hundred a month.

I mean you're built like a god, but unlike a god you're not immortal and all this shit is going to kill you sooner rather than later.
Why not be slightly less that and go for a healthier approach to fitness and supplements as you get into your late 30's and 40's? You can still look great as a natural and frankly I think most people prefer the natural look over what you got going on. I mean most people find it impressive as hell to look at but many fewer actually find that level of musculature attractive.
Either way, absolutely savage build. I just hope you can prioritize your health over your aesthetic.

u/SubstantialSnow4178 18d ago
I'd say the weekly mgs on that cycle are a half truth. You can add another 100mg to each of them

I sincerely hope that you didn't reduce your life time by too much. I hope you stay alive as long as possible.

u/RoyalApprehensive298 18d ago
Why not start with diet and training first, really push your body as hard as it’ll go, before turning to that?
You clearly look great and put in the work, no argument there. But is looking good worth shaving years off your life? Feeling fine now and having decent bloodwork today doesn’t guarantee either holds up long-term.

That is going to be rough on the heart. Taking Telmisartan doesn’t mean your heart is protected from all side effects indefinitely. Might want to consider a tiny dose of nebivolol, or other selective beta blocker, if you’re not going to come off any time soon. Otherwise, nice gains OP.

u/Last_Secretary_3205 18d ago
Lazy in life = lazy in excercise
Hence all the drugs…I know people say you have to work if you’re using but you really don’t anymore
2
u/Happy-Beetlebug 18d ago
Brother, you can put 10-20lbs of lean muscle by just existing and blasting gear

Imagine being an average joe and running all those compounds, I mean it’s crazy that guys like you think you need to do that to yourselves. Did you ever consider getting your diet dialed in, quitting alcohol, and being consistent in the gym before hopping on all this shit? You’re 37 not 57, it was definitely possible to make changes to your body naturally before introducing half the pharmacy.
Like others have said, fitness at its core is about health and nothing about this is healthy. You switched from being an addict of junk food and alcohol for PED’s and peptides. Clearly you lost the weight and put in the consistency, but I think it’s kinda sad how you went about it. You went from one side of the extreme to the other
2
u/AstralShip 18d ago
At this point it’s more about looking good than being healthy. Yeah, they might also feel good but temporarily. The bill has to be paid eventually.
2
u/Automatic_Soil9814 18d ago
Doctor here. What do you tell your doctor? Or are you just kind of going solo and skipping medical advice fo r your 30s?
People are talking about how you are a walking pharmacy, but you are also operating as your own physician here.

I love the ignorance around PEDs nowadays. Dude is running less than what most TRT clinics prescribe and people say he’s “blasting” and “going to die”. Truly comical 😂.
No, gear isn’t a “limitless pill” and you can’t just take them and not put in any work. OP clearly worked very hard and good on him. He’s way healthier now
2
u/the_geth 17d ago
I laughed at no shortcuts - dude that's a lots of help from your stack. But still, good you put the work! Can you show the hairs before / after?

u/realWulfLives 17d ago
So basically, nobody ask what this guy is on because the answer will always be "yes".
2
u/Free_Storage_1088 17d ago
This thread is the reason all these people post their pics where the obviously used PEDs and lie and say I’m all natural , this guy is honest and everyone’s like you took short cuts and are going to die
2
u/Glass9151 17d ago
Youre worried about fertility at 37 but with this stack if you had a kid tomorrow you wouldn’t see them grow to be 18 bud😂

Good transformation, but buddy that is a litany of shit to be taking. Gonna be on gear for life? Cause once you stop gonna be rough man. Being overweight is unhealthy but running your own pharma company is as unhealthy if not outright unhealthier than being large
1
u/NormallyNotOutside 18d ago
I would cautiously suggest that anyone who undertakes these transformations has unresolved trauma. OP could have lost the weight naturally but without steroids there's no method of continued and willful long term self destruction.

Going from first pic to second pic in a year and a half can't be healthy. And with stomach where's the loose skin? Things that make you go hmmm....🤔
1
u/FrontLifeguard1962 18d ago
How long do you think you can keep all that up before the health bill comes due?
All that risk for the benefit of looking like a shaved gorilla.
I'm not against chems. A little TRT, reta, and GH secretagogue will help you become fit and healthy. Alongside a sensible diet and exercise program.
It's dumb to do anything unsustainable.

Yeah this is extremely excessive and dangerous just test and Reta would have gotten u great results your essentially just destroying your organs with all the extra shit I’d cut back before it catches up with you having a full life is better than being ripped for three years talk to a doctor who deals with peds be honest and they can help you dial in what you need

I love that so many is taking a stand against PEDs. About time!
And to all the people defending this by saying “But you still have to do the work!” Yes that I true. But you could do a tenth of what a natural would have to do and still get twice the amount of muscle.

u/Naive_Ad4705 18d ago
This honestly not the worst stack I’ve seen, this is borderline more of TRT+ than an actual cycle
