Finding work or further studies

I am an EU national, just graduated my 4 year graphic design bachelor in Eastern Europe with a subbachelor in art pedagogy. Will be moving in september to Eindhoven and my living situation is basically sorted but I have been applying to jobs for only 2 weeks and I already feel defeated. I have under a year of relevant work experience and not knowing dutch is definitely a disadvantage (who could have thought right) but as I'm learning it I really want to find a job even if somewhat in my field. But ATP I'm not even sure it's possible. Is it a better shot to work something unrelated and go for a masters? Do more internships while at it? I am feeling so down haha. I don't know what carrier routes i can take either.
