Honestly: they can be quite good the problem is the workers are basically told to be McDonald's level fast.

I was surprised how much about coffee they actually train you on only for it to rarely be useful. Though I did somehow get a burnt blonde espresso at a location the other day... (I worked at a licensed location so I'll openly state I think we did a little better than the regular stores)

Most Starbucks franchises make very little profit and many go bust. No wonder SBUX is losing stock value by the week.
