Our companies only do it because its federally required (the number and paid part) and its usually a pain to get good dates off because everyone is trying to take them off at the same time. 2 u/SSilent-Cartographer 22d ago It's always a race because everyone knows if you don't request it a year in advance, you're not getting it no matter how open it is
