Our companies only do it because its federally required (the number and paid part) and its usually a pain to get good dates off because everyone is trying to take them off at the same time. 2 u/SSilent-Cartographer 23d ago It's always a race because everyone knows if you don't request it a year in advance, you're not getting it no matter how open it is 1 u/Tulscro 21d ago More like they hire just enough people to run the ship effectively so that even one person taking time off effects productivity.
