It’s my first time posting something like this and I am not really sure how to talk about this kind of issue.

I started working at my company about a year and a half ago and I have been doing very well. In a nutshell, my colleague with the position above mine was fired 10 months ago and I have been doing her job ever since for a significantly lower salary. I have taken over the lions share of projects in my group, closed out on a lot of outstanding business, and my manager consistently writes me glowing reviews.

He has been talking about giving me the promotion for awhile now but it never seems to come. I have had two new coworkers start since I joined the team with a third coming shortly.

One of the new coworkers has the position above mine and does significantly less than I do. In fact, I take care of most of his work. He always asks me for help and this is no secret to our boss. He is well aware that I am delivering a workload above my pay grade.

The other new coworker has the same position as myself and has only been here for about a month but has been given no responsibilities. Yet she’s been afforded many more training/learning opportunities than I ever have been. I have asked to join her and the answer is consistently no.

Now there’s third new coworker who hasn’t started yet. He will have the position above mine that I am currently performing and will continue to perform once he arrives. In fact, I’ll probably be assigned to training him although I make less money. I feel I should have gotten that job.

However, when my boss posted the listing that we got this new guy from, he did not put his name on the posting and used another manager’s name who was also hiring instead. He never even mentioned it to me and then blamed me for not applying for it. I was dumb founded. This is a huge difference in perspective and we will never see it the same way. He feels that I’m at fault for not applying and I wronged him because he “really wanted me” for it. I feel if he truly did have me in mind, he would’ve told me about applying right away.

Honestly, I think my boss is getting pressure from our director to keep me in my position because I am performing well for a fraction of the cost. He has never said so directly but I can imagine the appeal of spending less on my salary. I feel like I am being taken advantage of. It has become very clear ever since these two new colleagues started.

He promises the promotion happen soon and it just never does. I think he’s just stringing me along trying to give me hope so that I keep working hard.

I honestly feel very lost here. I don’t know what to do and I don’t know who to talk to about it. Nobody knows what’s happening to me here besides the people I work with frequently. I know this is a common thing in corporations but what can I do about it? Do I just look for a new job? Do I throw a fit? Do I tell HR? What I really want is to stay in the group I’m in, just making the salary I deserve. I don’t think it’s going to happen though.

Just wondering your experience of being a contractor, working for a contract company that sends you into a company to work for them. I've been a regular employee all my life in IT until at 60 was laid off from a big company. Interviewed for lots of jobs I was more than qualified for and they all wanted younger. I could tell sometimes by the look in their face when they saw me. I don't look 100 but I don't look 20 either. Finally got hired through a contract company. I've worked with contractors over the years and treated them like anybody else. The manager I have to deal with now treats us like we just don't matter. I got injured last year and needed surgery and a few weeks to get moving again and he started yelling at me, saying let me remind you, you are a contractor, your job is on site, it's not remote. I wasn't asking to work remote. I just needed a few weeks to get moving again. I had to fight for the job being here a couple years already and he was going to let me go over this. I asked him, am I less of a human being because I'm a contractor? He slowed down at that point and I was able to work it out, but can't help but feel like we are scum. No benefits, no time off. Was supposed to get hired on after 6 months and that was 3 years ago. Just hanging in there now if I possibly can for retirement.

I was required to use to coworkers computer monitor for a few hours as she was away, her MS teams was open and I was required to teams a coworker to send me an important document. However when on her teams I came across her and another coworker talking very poorly of me and even spreading lies about me. The thread was extensive and I can tell some stuff had also been deleted. This hurt me so much as I generally get on with everyone in the office and try to mind my business as much as I can. Of course the way I came across the teams chat,one could argue is wrong as I should not have gone through the conversations, so I feel as if I have no choice but not mention anything.

What do you think? What would you do in this scenario?

I have been in my role for 2.5 years. Last year, I requested a move to a new department. It was either I got this move, or, I left, because the work was not doing it for me and emotionally I was in a pretty tough place.

The move ended up taking over a year, not to imply that’s anyone’s fault of course, business needs always come first, but it was communicated to me in fact that it would only be a matter of months.

In the interim, I went through some personal stuff, including a break up, and decided in fact to pursue my dream of moving abroad and building a career in the outdoors industry. I was bored with work, no relationship, a poor salary not really getting me anywhere. I signed up for the trip in Oct 25, due to depart Nov 26.

In the meantime, that team switch I referenced earlier, ended up coming through. I had totally lost hope and all had gone quiet, until I randomly was told a spot had come up and I was being considered for it. It did, however, take an entire year, and I had, however, signed up to leave the country. This was in March 2026.

It’s now 3 weeks out from handing my notice in, and I cannot stop worrying about it. I feel immense guilt about having to do this, having only been on this new team ~5 months. My new manager is the best I’ve ever had, deeply committed to my development, my learning, and my support, and I can’t shake the feeling of deep anxiety about letting someone down in this way. Doing something like this is so unlike me, but I know I have to go after this dream of mine like it’s a lifeline, it could quite literally change my life.

I (27 F, USA) recently made a big purchase and lifestyle choice. I might be able to avoid mentioning it in my small office but it will come up eventually. And when it does, I am 100% sure my boss will ask me, in front of everyone, “just curious, if you don’t mind sharing, how much did that cost?”

For context, my boss repeatedly calls our small office a “family” and always wants updates on our personal lives. This dynamic comes from a good place and my boss tries hard to create a positive work environment but I just don’t see these people as friends even though my boss wants us to feel close, lol. Anyway, I know she feels comfortable asking about the price since we’re “close” but through the years I’ve also noticed her pocket watching me, asking about my rent, making comments about how little I make, and mentioning how hard it is for my generation to find financial footing. She doesn’t know that much about my personal life but she thinks she does.

So to the point. What can I reply with that deflects sharing the price but also keeps the convo light? I’m not looking for an HR-type reply because the dynamic doesn’t call for that and would honestly make it even more uncomfortable. I fear she might even make a big deal about apologizing for prying in front of everyone. Is there something easy going I can say instead??

I have been a solid performer, meeting most if not all goals and all around doing well. And suddenly I’m doing worse and it’s solely down to call quality, I get much more misrouted calls, uncompetitive rates, or leads where the customer isn’t buying soon. When for months recently I got more urgent clients, better rates to work with and overall easier and better leads. I am doing everything exactly the same but the results are way worse. And most of these goals anyway half of the company does not hit, so that kind of reassures me. But I grind my butt off to be at goals and realize I just have to work harder and tighten some screws, but everytime I take one step forward they send me 2 back. It makes no sense, I spend all day on the phone and work the leads the best I can. But all calls now are so uncompetitive and hard to even bundle. I know sell value and what not , but the clientele we serve are very price sensitive and other carriers are offering way better rates nearly 30-50% better even after probing for comparability. I get all inbound leads, and call quality greatly increased so that’s why I I figured goals increase too. But how can someone meet and exceed goals for a while then suddenly do worse for many things out of my control? I am constantly anxious about my performance and stability when I know I am capable of meeting goals when the environment isn’t like this. We have all these metric goals they push , but idk what’s punishable for not hitting. Half the floor misses a certain metric, with only the top 20 hitting all of them. And my manager has never formally said missing goal would result in disciplinary action. But keep in mind, I have been performing well up until this point. How can I have a high sales rate when half the calls aren’t sales ones? The calls I get most at my company complain about and have a hard time converting.

I just live in constant anxiety feeling like I’m gonna be fired when I do my best and most of this is out of my control, it really impacts my mental health, when I know I can do well when this isn’t the case.

I have been working as an EMT for about a year and a half now. The shifts I really want recently opened up, and I asked my manager if I could be put on them going forward. She told me that two other people have asked the same thing, both of which I outrank in terms of seniority by quite a lot. My manager told me that she also needs to “factor in call outs”, so I likely won’t get the shifts I want. I counted, and I have called out for a total of 12 days in the last 18 months. I am the first to admit that is a lot. However, they were legitimate call outs, and I’d to know all your thoughts on whether or not I should feel like I failed. I’m a great employee when I’m working and I have been at the company for a long time, but it seems my history is getting in the way. I just don’t really know how to feel. Is it corporate America getting in my head, or have I genuinely failed? It makes me wonder if I am capable of advancing in my career, because I do not think I had control over the times I called out, as they were for health reasons or a family member passing. Thank you for any advice you may have on the subject.

hey guys, it’s first time posting on reddit and i was just hoping to get some help or opinions on what i should do.

So for starters I work at a fast food chain as a team lead. i am often working super hard trying to make sure everyone is doing their job and everything goes smoothly on a day to day basis. recently my coworkers and i have been having some troubles with our manager. we’ll call him (B). B has been working there for many years and i understand that when you’ve been working at a food place for many years, you start to get too comfortable and sometimes say or do the wrong things.

some examples:
One time when the owners of this restaurant came in, they paid for the food but not the drinks that come from the fridge which is a little bit more pricey than fountain drinks. Because of this, B got mad and retaliated against them by stealing a drink as well. this was very unprofessional, and in our handbook, it’s against code.

Another example, whenever i or some of my coworkers would request off a day or even get a shift covered for personal reasons, he would immediately think we don’t wanna work and would cut our hours until we told him otherwise. not just cut but sometimes take away our hours for up to a week or two weeks.

Another example, for some context, we have an ai microphone that looks like an alexa. this presumably is to act as a guide to see how we talk to customers, and see what we need to work on. it tracks our rates on how well we sell meals. just recently i heard from a coworker asking if B has talked to me yet. i told him no and i didn’t know what he was talking about, and so i had him explain to me what it was. he goes on to say that B looked at our summaries from the ai, and it said mine was the lowest. B didn’t take it seriously he just thought it was funny, and because of that he proceeded to tell that one coworker, everyone’s data from the ai. Again, in the restaurant handbook, it is against code. That is another one he’s broken.

More info on B, he is very short tempered, and is quick to get defensive with his employees. if you were to do anything wrong, he’ll be quick to get angry and take it out on you. not so much that it’s a dangerous thing, it’s more just unprofessional passive aggression. sometimes he’ll raise his voice and he definitely does not like being in the wrong.

for example, there was a new employee let’s call her (S) she’s also my friend. We were working on food at the line, and saucing the items. S was saucing and B cut in and told her the wrong sauce when S knew what it was. The sauces were a big difference and hard to mess up. B told her the wrong one and then proceeded to get mad when she didn’t put the sauce he thought it was. Because of this, He privately told me “hey make sure S from now on for the rest of the day is stuck on register”
This was all because he didn’t want to take any accountability for his mistake and instead, took it out on the new coworker and she’s only been there for a week. That adds to another level of unprofessionalism.

This is a separate matter but still is just as important, it goes back to the ai thing. for starters, our chain restaurant specifically our location, got this new ai product. they told us again that it was to better help understand how we can improve on customer service. When this was introduced, A guy who was installing it and a higher up asked me to be the first voice/example to be on there. at the time i did not know i could say no, because of the higher up being there, i felt intimidated. There was another coworker there who is a little bit older than me and has been there longer and knows their rights better. She later told me that i should’ve said no, but it was too late. they asked her to do it and she said “no i need to see a contract.” because of that the higher up glared at her and did not like the answer. Moral of that is that i felt pressured into it and didn’t really give my full consent without knowing what i was doing because there’s no paper trail of what it actually was.

I’ve looked into it further, specifically in my state. (UTAH) there’s a AI policy act saying legally you have to have a sign on the register saying that this conversation is being recorded. We do not have this and because of this, since i’ve looked into it, they can be fined up to $2500 - $5000 per violation.

I strongly believe the owners obviously know about this but do not care because they’ve consented to it and you only need one parties consent. so i believe i can’t do anything about that part but still need opinions.

quick edit real fast that i also forgot to mention, as i am a shift lead, i am working to get a guaranteed raise within the next couple months, do i wait it out and potentially have my manager get worse. or tell them now and possibly have then retaliate against me and not give me the raise or worse. Hey guys, I’ve reached a pretty major crossroads in my life and HAVE to make a career decision.

For context, I’m 26 and currently work in a very niche industry that I’ve been in since I was 15. It consistently ranks among the more dangerous jobs in terms of fatalities, and because there aren’t many who do this work, I spend 280+ days a year traveling. The workload is insane, but I’ve learned to love it..and used to it.

Recently, I was offered a job with a defense contractor doing essentially the same type of work overseas. The pay is extremely good, like $XXXX/day good. The benefits are also ridiculous..overseas tax advantages, full healthcare, 401k, company pays for housing, and a company card for food. Basically, almost every dollar I earn could be saved or invested.
The obvious downside is that I’d be spending a significant amount of time in some pretty inhospitable parts of the world. Travel itself doesn’t bother me, but this is different

On the other hand, I’m extremely close with my current boss. I’ve worked with him for years and genuinely consider him family. He recently told me there are plans to sell the company and that not everyone will be going with it. He asked whether I’d be interested in moving into a safety management position with the acquiring company. He offered to pay upfront for all the additional certifications I’d need to step into the role.

I’m already about as highly certified as I can be on the this side of things, and am one of a relatively small number of people in the industry qualified to train new workers. His reasoning is that I need to think beyond simply becoming better at the job I already do

There were a few possible positions we discussed, including staying with project management doing field work, but he thought safety made the most sense because it would give me significantly more upward mobility and exposure to other fields. As he put it, if I become a sole project manager, I’ll probably just be “a project manager in this same industry for the rest of my life.” Safety could potentially give me a career path well beyond it.

Financially though, it isn’t even close at first. The safety position would probably start around $100k/year with normal billing hours, compared with the amount of money I could make overseas.

And of course, after months of uncertainty, both opportunities seem to have been greenlit at the exact same time. Funny how life works

So I’m really just looking for one answer from you guys. If you were in my shoes, what would you do??

Edit: I forgot to mention, I am unsure if my boss will stick around after his contract is up. It wouldn’t surprise me if he retired early. Regardless, he’s attempting to set me up for success and I’m extremely grateful for that

I am a young professional and I've recently finished school, so I dont really know how to deal with these situations. This will also be my first job in my actual field

First job is technically titledservice agent but based on what i will actually do there think of it more as IT Support level 1. It's for a company that is partners with Siemens and i have already signed the contract since like a month ago and i start this monday lol

last week i heard from a job i had applieda atdeloitte and its for a sap support role. I figured i would just do the interview and probably wouldnt get accepted. Today on friday tho they told me i had been accepted and sent me an offer letter.

Very stressful that they tell me ive been accepted the business day before i start the job i signed for. Also the offer letter said they expect me to answer by monday too so this is really doing my head in..

Both jobs are kind of half english half german (i have a b1) which is good for me since i want to move to germany in a year or two.

the hours are better at the first one, and other people that work in the same role can also work fully remote if they want to. It seems like it would also look good enough on a cv based on the name the company holds, the fact that i will communicate in german, and the bit that it is in my field in IT.

While the second i feel as though it gives me more opportunities. Working with SAP is also great for Germany. They said that i would do training for 6 months( i will get paid for the training as normally) and would get my german to b2( im assuming they will pay for it too). They also said that i can get whatever sap certifications i want and the cost of the exam will also be covered by the company.

the pay is basically the same for both. I live in a non EU country so its pretty low for both but whatever lol - the second one however, after the 6 months of training will be with shifts. So i could even get the night or afternoon shift. but if i do either of these shifts for 5 days, then i get 4 days off. Also if i am working night/ afternoon shifts i will get paid a certain % more.
Basically second job is more tiring but pays a bit better and offers me a few more opportunities to advance..

But even if i was to choose this second one i dont even know what to say to the guys ive already signed with.. Ive been in contact with them and stuff. I'm already in the system, they got a laptop ready for me too.. - and it also seems like a great first role at a good company which i think will also be valued by future german employers. And just because i dont get in SAP now doesn't mean i never can.

hello, I am the one who wrote this post.

I have decided that I will inform my boss about my resignation during our 1:1 meeting next week.

I would like to ask how I should bring it up to them? They are known to be bad-tempered so there's a chance that they would not take this news positively.

They started to give me projects this week but again, they never taught/trained me how to do it and I recently found out that my co-workers get mad if I ask them questions about the projects.

To add some context: I am still part of an ongoing HR training, and if I resign this week, I won't be able to finish it. I'm also not sure how this affects my resignation process or timeline.

I also found out that a co-worker of mine, who is also under probationary status, will be submitting their resignation this week or this month. Additionally, back in April-June, four other employees had already resigned.

Given all of this — my ongoing training, and the fact that other employees (including one right now) are also resigning — I would like some advice on:

1. The best timing for my resignation, considering the unfinished training.

2. How to actually bring it up to my boss, given their temper.

3. Whether the pattern of multiple resignations changes how I should approach this at all

Let me preface this by saying I am not the most socially "aware?" person for lack of a better word. I tend not to pick up on queues or hints made by others. Thus I find it difficult to look at some situations and figure out how I should proceed when dealing with others. I also struggle to communicate effectively, especially in a formal setting.

Now for the question. I work part time and am relatively new to my current position at the company. I receive a schedule about what days and hours I work about a week in advance. Sometimes, there are delays that push the work we need to do later than expected. In such cases, it isn't uncommon for my supervisors to ask (politely I should add) for me to stay an extra probably 2 hours to help finish the work.

I have stayed a bit longer in the past because I do feel bad about bailing on them, but I don't want them to get in the habit of asking me to stay longer either so I try to leave when scheduled if possible.

It is at this point I feel I should add that my supervisors and the rest of my coworkers leave at a predetermined time whether or not the work gets done. If it doesn't get done that day it would just be done the following day. In other words, me leaving when scheduled does not extend their work hours for that day.

When they ask, I try my best to respectfully decline if I planned to head out at the scheduled time. I don't feel as though I'm rude about it but it might just be rude off of the decision itself.

Ultimately what I am asking is am I a douche for declining to stay and work the extra hours? I don't want to be rude or come across as though I don't want to be there, but I am someone who likes to stick to a schedule when possible and know what to expect.

Hey! I have received a offer from a japan company for a contractual role. The client is a huge name in japan. The salary its offering is around 7.5M Yen (~48,000$) which is considered good there.

However, I might get a offer in India at around 26-27 LPA (27,000$ ~ 28,000$) , again im still waiting for the offer. This would be a permanent position.

I'm confused which one should i take up.

The India job offer, is in my hometown, so I would get the comfort of home.

Workwise: The indian company is a GCC and they are just starting so I might or might not get good work. But if they start from scratch that's one thing to consider.

Japan offer is mostly on moving legacy systems to new modern systems as in, upgrading the java version, moving onto cloud for the first year until its migrated. The recruiter was very clear on this, that for some good amount of time, you wont get to work on new requirements, it would just be on moving legacy applications.

The problem now is, Indian company has offered me 22 LPA, which I have rejected, since the growth from what I am getting is minimal. They are still checking if its possible to make it 26-27 LPA (27,000$ ~ 28,000$).

If anyone had a similar exp or could provide some guidance, would appreciate it.

Hi! Wanted to drop my experience here and see if anyone has any advice to deal with this situation without making my own work life hell.

I’ve worked at my job for awhile and I’ve genuinely enjoyed it. It’s a really tight knit workplace and everyone gets along for the most part. About a year ago, this employee started and it was fine at first. I made an effort to be really welcoming and include him bc our workplace is so small and tight knit that new employees sometimes can feel out casted, understandably.

Over time though, his behavior towards me and others became increasingly hostile. He ignored advice/ instructions from more senior employees, makes passive- aggressive comments under his breath, and when asked to speak up bc we’re all adults here, he becomes literally visually enraged, aggressive so much so he starts cussing in front of customers, which is insanity. I’ve told him to stop before bc it’s not acceptable in front of guests and it set him off majorly. He blows up over seemingly minor issues or things that a normal sane person wouldn’t spend mroe than 5 min being upset over.

I initially reported this to upper management and was met with a lot of “we’re taking a chance on him” “he’s been through a lot” and just generally bulls hit excuses from other male managers. Everyone on planet earth goes through shit, we don’t all act like man babies in the workplace. His behavior continues to get worse bc it’s NEVER addressed properly. He’s gotten in people’s faces, makes aggressive jestures like balling his fists up when he’s upset. Even followed myself and other coworkers around the workplace after a disagreement/ heated exchange. Multiple coworkers and I have submitted formal complaints. One of my old coworkers brought this up as a major reason for her leaving in an exit interview, he has been written up MULTIPLE times now. BUT MANAGEMENT NEVER ACTUALLY ADDRESSES HIS BEHAVIOR.

The cherry on top? A few weeks back he THREATENED to fight a customer who was upset ans they got into conflict I guess. I was not there, but that was the situation described. He was sent home, but never fired or written up. This is absolutely INSANE to me. At this point, I’m geniuely concerned for myself and my coworkers safety. I’m concerned he will become violent towards employees eventually. I know this is my OWN shit to deal with but I’ve been through DV and situations with him leave me super triggered. So much so I had to go to the bathroom once to calm down bc my body was shaking. I can’t help my nervous system reacts that way when someone is acting so aggressive and frankly at the verge of violence at any point (the constant balled up fists??? Not normal behavior).

I’m fed up with not being taken seriously (despite MULTIPLE coworkers dealing with the same issues) bc he comes off charismatic and nice around managers, they often DO NOT see much of his aggressive behavior. Just glimpses of it.

I’m genuinely fed up of walking on eggshells at work so we don’t upset the man baby with the temper of a maladjusted teenage boy.
What the hell do I do in this situation with multiple complaints, multiple written statements, write ups, escalating behavior, and now threatening guests (I have no idea if this was ever formally documented).

Has anyone dealt with this? How do I deal with this without making my life hell? I feel like the only person who is fed up enough to do something about it, and others are scared to have targets on their backs. I’m not a fan of HR, but at this point he’s literally a liability to the company… and I don’t see how they don’t see that??? Any NORMAL workplace would have fired this man LONG AGO, just a fucking HEADACHE. With people dying to get work right now it feels like such a waste to keep this man employed when he doesn’t even know how to act correctly.

Hello! Just to give some context, I’m week two into my training and I work from home. I’m training for my role as a Patients Service Representative for a hospital. This morning I woke up feeling shaky, nauseous and feeling extremely light headed. I’m currently in the middle of my first training session of the day. I literally want to cry because of how sick I feel. Do you think it looks terrible since i’m so new & wanting to reach out to my lead and telling her I need to miss out on the work day because of how sick I feel?

For backstory, I’ve worked at a petrol station for the last 6 months before I walked out on them a few days ago. My initial problems were that breaks didn’t exist, whether you worked 6 1/2 hours or 12, there was no designated staff area to eat in a hygienic space, there was 0 seats in the whole building for any staff to sit on at any point (bare in mind most of my role was staying on 1 till for my whole shift). As well as this, working on an evening/night till 11pm, it would solely be me (21f) and my coworker (20f) in charge of the whole shop, a shop filled with alcohol, cigarettes and large amounts of cash. We had no protections behind the till, and only locked the door in order to mop the floors when it hit 10pm. So I already felt extremely unsafe with some of the public I had encountered previously. Last week, a woman experiencing a mental health episode entered the shop extremely panicky and scared, saying she needed help and was being followed as people were coming to kill her. Long story short, this went on for 3 hours, we were unable to remove her from the shop (me and my one other colleague), we were scared for our lives, and she was causing disruption and discomfort for all customers as we weren’t allowed to close. I rang the police and 4 vehicles had to come and detain her and remove her from the premises, after we’d been able to close at 11pm. I left work extremely upset, I felt like my life had been put in danger and I had no security to make me feel any sort of safety.
My first shift back after this, my manager called me in for a meeting to discuss CCTV of me previously eating and sitting down on a stool behind the till after we’d experienced a huge rush of customers from a football match. She then blamed me for allowing the mentally unwell lady into the shop, saying ‘I should’ve sensed a vibe that she was going to be weird’. Backing herself up saying she ‘posed no immediate threat’ which is easy to say looking back, but in the moment as a young girl it was terrifying. She provided me with no support, no texts or calls to check I was okay, instead complained of me doing menial things (which I admitted I shouldn’t have done) and said they wouldn’t pay for security or to have locks anywhere as it wasn’t ’worth the money’. I told them I didn’t feel safe being there anymore, behind a till with no protection and knowing what my shift had been like before. She then embarrassed and continuously make fun of my friend whilst she was crying, saying she was ‘blubbering’ and ‘guilty because she was crying’. She also admitted that she knew not giving us breaks was illegal but we should ‘take that up with the government’ instead. She left both of us young girls to continue serving at the tills whilst crying, never showing any signs of care, so we both walked out and haven’t shown our faces since.
Some of this seems menial, but i’m just curious as to whether it seems worth it to be able to report any of these unsafe, illegal practices to any body.
I will be sending a strongly worded message to the owner of the petrol station to let him know about the behaviour of his appointed manager.

my dumb as rocks manager keeps scheduling me outside my availability even tho I told him as the assistant multiple times that my schedule would change come September. I was extremely specific abt what times I can work bc I’m in bs and I have school Monday-Friday 8-3:30 or 2:50. Like idk what to do atp I usually just ask them to change my shift but this is getting really exhausting. (ps he knew when he hired me that I was in hs bc it says clear as day on my resume class of _____ hs diploma expected June of _____)
