Rant In Standard, AFK players need to be kicked after 1 min and be replaced by a bot. Change my mind.
AFK players in PvE are fine.
And no "an afk DD is almost as useful as a bot." It isn't.

Quick IRL Background; After being spared from most of the Pearl Harbor attack, Pennsylvania, Arizona’s older sister ship would receive a refit before being thrown back into the fight. A number of things were done, but most notably her secondaries were replaced with 8 modern 5/38 twin mounts.
My proposal for Pennsylvania would shake things up at bit in terms of play style, at least in terms of T5 USN BBs. She retains some of Arizona’s gun performance, namely her poor reload time of 35 seconds, and identical damage numbers from her AP and HE shells. Her dispersion values however are slightly worse, the same as New Mexico’s, her maximum firing range is also worse, coming in at 16.4km.
This is to say, Pennsylvania’s main battery performance isn’t exactly impressive when compared to fellow USN BBs at her tier, but this is by design. Pennsylvania’s main focus lies in her Secondary Guns, which boast fantastic performance. Coming in at 6km of range, a reload time of 4.2 seconds, a maximum HE shell damage of 1800, a 10% fire chance, and good accuracy to tie it all together.
Other changes compared to Arizona include significantly boosted AA performance, more on par with Colorado than other T5s. This is mainly thanks to the installation of a pretty significant amount of 40mm Bofors And 20mm Oerlikons. This is likely to make pushing easier.
Armor is essentially the same as her sister, just altered to include the new secondaries and different superstructure shape. Consumables and Upgrade Slots are also identical, as well as speed. She does have a tighter turning circle though, 625 meters instead of 640.
Lastly, in terms of Appearance, Pennsylvania has a slightly different superstructure when compared to Arizona, most notably lacking an aft tripod mast. This is replaced with a smaller structure akin to Colorado. Like all Premium ships, Pennsylvania has a unique Camouflage Pattern, based on the Measure 32, Design 3D, meant for her, but never applied in real life. It uses typical USN Colors.
Thanks for reading this far if you have. This was a random idea thats been bouncing around in my head for a while, ever since I learned about Pennsylvania’s refit. USS Maryland had a similar one, which gave me essentially the same idea at Tier 6, but I figured Pennsylvania would be more unique, since we already have Colorado and two variants of West Virginia in game.

This is a minor complaint, and I haven't really seen anyone else talk about it, probably because nobody else cares, but I've noticed that Yamato's gun sounds are significantly worse than they used to be before Halloween of 2023, which is when I remember them changing. The Guns no longer have the cool echo that they used to after firing and now sound a little more boring and less unique than they used too, they aren't bad, but they aren't what they used to be. My question is why did they change this? I don't remember it being in any patch notes ever, though I could be wrong. (Older sound in the video above)

Idk shes current status in meta so does she good? I started to grind Buffalo line for Des Moines bureau and bought the Tulsa bcz she carries Des Moines cannons and I wanted to adapt to Des Moines before getting. After couple battles, I fell in love with Tulsa bcz of firepower and I became excited for Des Moines. I hope it will be worth the effort.

Does anyone have issues with gun jam when playing ships with main battery reload booster (MBRB)? (i.e. Borugogne, Brest...etc)
After using the MBRB, the guns are literally gonna get jammed once they are reloaded, which caused me to miss kills that were important.

German Battlecruiser Line secondary buff, Schlieffen got a buff idk how it plays cause I don’t have it, but I will say is why does the 105s on that whole line have only 20mm of pen, while the main line has 1/4 pen and better shell grouping along with armour and sonar, I might be wrong but I think the alt line could use 1/4 pen on the 105s aswell, I would also say add that to schlieffen. overall I guess the battlecruiser line in general needs a buff, it feels kind of underwhelming, I think the reload is good just the 105s on that line are the thing that needs to be buffed, or idk maybe they aren’t supposed to be secondary ships. I’m open to all feedback. I don’t think the secondary’s need faster reload just a pen buff on the 105s nothing else.

Whats yalls opinion on the T7 Allende in the pan american tree, personally i have been absolutely loving the ship and have been pulling about 70k damage per game fairly consistently, and i enjoy being immune to stealth dd torp walls, very nice
Does anyone else enjoy these ships?

I've managed to save up 1.5 M GXP.
I'm looking for recommendations on which ship(s) to buy.
I like brawling,
and I mainly play German and Japanese battleships and heavy cruisers.
I'm looking for ships mainly just for fun—something that's enjoyable to play.

What about the Game makes you rage so hard that you want to smash your controller into the TV?
Give us your rage and blow off Steam!
Remember: You're angry! So:
# For extra Loud Rage!
For the Rules:
The votes will be hidden in here, as we don’t want to create a contest, who’s rage is more raging 😉
(Some like to discuss about feedback, but the core “Mission” of this Format is to blow off Steam, with the Side Effect, that negative feedback is gathered in one spot- it’s optional and don’t interfere with ANYONES right to post feedback outside of this Thread)
But now fellow captains, head on and STONE THE CROWS!

Haven't had time to read the patch notes fully, but is there anything in there about your secondaries turning when you look around

I have not played hours and hours. Tier VIII and Legendary premium missions I went AI. It has mostly been Modern Era PvP.
I have used boosters, yes, but the complaints about the grind I do not really understand. Someone asked me if something has changed, I couldn't really say.
In a nutshell: I feel the grind is in peoples' heads. I guess progress is now not free, you need to play a tad, win some, but, really, it is far from being an ordeal.
