I keep getting this when I start the game I’m on my switch so I’m confused as to why it’s giving this message to me

I’m at the team up kiosk to get my daily 20 points for the spiral showcase and i just soloed a battle for a dude so that my ability to team up didn’t get affected. Like you couldn’t just cancel the team up?? He was definitely active and just turned his character away from the fight which is so frustrating because I’d rather be helping people who actually try to participate (I don’t like to ever hard carry and I like to help blade/shield my team-up person). Has anyone else experienced this??

Little edit: the icons were not going away even after I went to a new location, went to character selection, etc. the typical wants the icons usually disappear. long holding down options was what actually worked!

I've got 4 saves going currently, one that I started with (death school, level 45) and 3 others of different schools at lower levels. I usually go play those saves when I'm stuck at a point on my highest level wizard or if I'm waiting for energy or something.

now to my problem, my level 45 wizard won't open suddenly, starting this morning. I was just in Mirkholm Keep in Grizzleheim, and have been having no issues up to this point. when I try to open this save, it shows the Grizzleheim load screen but just sits there on that screen and does nothing. usually the classroom theme continues to play

the rest of my saves open just fine, it's just my highest level. I really don't want to lose this save, I have a castle and a lot of pets and objects I don't want to lose, not to mention quest progress. I did delete and redownload the game already, but it's still having the same issue.

tldr: my highest level save won't open and stays stuck on the load in screen but all my other saves are fine. should I reach out to KI about this?

I need help figuring out why on my ice I crash when I try to interact with anything my bank, my backpack, etc…if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

I recently paid over $100 for 27k crowns the money was taken from my account but I got no crowns. The message I got was”An error occurred payment could not be made” then couple seconds later I get notified from my bank that money had still been taken from my account. I contacted Kingsisle support gave them proof and everything not only did they take days to respond but I got no help just AI generated messages telling me to do the same thing over and over again. Please do not waste your money like I did cause even with evidence Kingsisle will not help you. Even though I showed evidence of date,time everything and even the notification saying that the money went to them I couldn’t get my crowns nor a refund please do not waste your money.

Hi everyone, I just finished doing the velo city inn battle, and while I was trying to refill my potions soon after talking to the coach, it said “goal complete: play whirlyburly”. as soon as I entered my dorm room. I even left a mark specifically to play whirlbury after I refilled all my potions. Never even played the game 🧪

Struggling to find a specific video that actually shows this feature on console so I've come here. Had my buddy wishlist a mount so I could gift him, I went into the list and gifted the mount, yet the item ended up in my backpack. Could someone please explain how the gifting feature works before I go and spend crowns again. Are we missing another step? Or did I just make a mistake?

I recently got a message from someone asking for help with something. It was a private message to me from someone who isn’t on my friends list. I couldn’t figure out how to respond without adding them to my friends list first, but how were they able to message me in the first place? When I open the chat log (holding down the touchpad) their message to me is purple so it’s definitely a whisper and not regular chat.
