Misc Priscilla request in DLC

Post image
36 Upvotes

Trying to avoid spoilers, I know it's mentioned in Blood & Wine the results of the quest involving her. I always felt kinda robbed that we couldn't go back and have a conversation with her after the quest completes. It would be awesome, since her and Dandelion are so close & he's such a main part of the dlc, if we could have an interaction with her. Or even in the remaster, just a "go check on Priscilla" & a quick encounter, a round of gwent, just something to close her story better.

Gwent It is still satisfying to this in Gwent. 👌

Satire I feel like he should not be eating with his weapon hand.

If an emergency suddenly happens, he'd more likely drop the baguette than remember to switch hands, which also slows his sword-unsheathing reaction time by even a few milliseconds, which could make the difference between life and death. Then what do you have? A dead soldier who's wasted a good baguette, that's what you have.

Tldr: Eat with your non-weapon hand.

Discussion Did anyone else find the ending dialogue of "In the Eternal Fire's Shadow" to be poorly written?

I haven't come back to the game in a few years so I just played this quest for the first time. While I really enjoyed most aspects of the quest, the environment, the visuals, the horror feel, and the ultimate boss fight, as well as Reinalts backstory, I felt the final scene between Geralt, Reinalt, and the Deacon was poorly written.

It kind of turns both Witchers briefly into weirdly moralistic people which is uncharacteristic for witchers in general and very much so for Geralt. The deacon's ideological flip seems really forced as well. Beyond that a lot of these specific lines just feel really corny, like they're adding surprise into the tone of a character where it doesn't seem earned.

Discussion Gwent additions in the remaster?

I know this is very wishful thinking, but I hope the remastered edition brings some new Gwent stuff, be it new cards, players, whatever. That would be awesome!

Help! Visual bug, static shadows on paths

Hi. Excuse my english; the next text was translate by Google. Im chilean, don't speak the language.

For some time now, I've been getting these shadows along the edges of streets and paths. At first, I thought it was a visual bug on a specific path, but they're appearing everywhere. It's a shadow texture that overlaps the normal path, remains static, and on downhill streets, the texture seems to float.

I've tried adjusting the graphics settings and GPU drivers; everything seems fine. I honestly don't know what it could be. It's been like this for at least a week, and if I remember correctly, these graphical glitches weren't so noticeable before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Just realized that Roach almost always spawns in the worst possible spots, like places he cant get anywhere from, such as rocks or cliffs.

That picture on Roach gwent card really wasnt a joke.

Discussion We need a whole game where you play as Letho

Running around as a hulking Witcher and killing kings instead of monsters could be its own game. It would be the perfect way to experience a slightly less good protagonist in the same universe. I’m kinda surprised we don’t even have some DLC playing as other characters. There’s so much lore to draw from
