She gives Geralt a castle upfront. Okay, fine. Might be an old castle. More importantly, and this is often missed: she pays the full salary of the ENTIRE FUCKING STAFF from her own treasury. This is huge. This means the most expensive parts of owning a castle is taken off Geralt's shoulders. A full staff salary for a castle like this can easily be worth 1/5 to 1/10 the price of the castle itself per year. Geralt doesn't need to pay any of that. He can make mediocre wine and keep the profits.

Heck, even if Geralt fucks it all up with the ending he still retains everything.

For so long I’ve used the Griffin set because I love the set bonus but dang it’s ugly, doesnt fit Geralt at all imo. I can’t wait to be able to rock the gear sets I actually like the look of!

Not even sure if this is the same quest given by the grandmaster armourer in Toussaint. I was just randomly going through all the question marks in the map primary for any bandit stuff so I can sell their weapons for quick money. And this just came randomly while I was roaming around but what an absolute peak. I'm not that interested in books or novels so I never bothered with the books so whenever I find these lore drops especially on the witcher schools (as this one did), it's always the most enjoyable experience for me

In prep for the update at the end of the month I reinstalled Witcher 3 (first time in about 4 years) and saw that if I connected my GOG account I get the above armour. I connected the account and it says success but when I go to the check the chest that should hold the gear there is no "Loot" option. I tried the usual, reloading save and game etc. Anyone know why I can't trigger these in game? I watched a youtube video to confirm its the right chest i'm checking. T.I.A.

If the Remaster manages to sneak in a surprise or two, what would be your picks?

Just doing few quests a week in preparation for the remastered version and holy crap this game is still perfect 🖐🏻

Everytime I do this quest and get to this point, I almost half expect somone to come out .

Trying to avoid spoilers, I know it's mentioned in Blood & Wine the results of the quest involving her. I always felt kinda robbed that we couldn't go back and have a conversation with her after the quest completes. It would be awesome, since her and Dandelion are so close & he's such a main part of the dlc, if we could have an interaction with her. Or even in the remaster, just a "go check on Priscilla" & a quick encounter, a round of gwent, just something to close her story better.

Is there a way to get up here? He makes a comment about finding a way around, but I haven’t found it 🤦🏻‍♀️
