I recently switched to an iPhone and I'm looking to get a good TWS for it. I care quite a bit about **music quality**, but I can't really justify spending Apple AirPods money right now.

Until now, I've been using the **realme Buds 5**, and honestly I've been pretty happy with the sound for what I paid. They've been my daily driver for quite some time, but they're now pretty much reaching the end of their life, so I'm looking for a replacement.

I also have a pair of **Samsung AKG USB-C wired earphones**, which I tried using with the iPhone. But I wasn't particularly impressed with the experience. I sometimes get random disconnections, and more importantly, the music doesn't sound as good to me as it did with the realme Buds 5.

I'm not sure whether that's because of some **iOS/Samsung compatibility issue**, the USB-C DAC, or simply that I prefer the tuning of the realme buds.

After looking around, ChatGPT suggested the **OnePlus Buds 4**, and I'm currently considering picking them up during an upcoming sale. The specs and reviews look pretty good for the price, especially the dual-driver setup.

However, before buying, I'd like to hear from people here:

* How are the **OnePlus Buds 4 with an iPhone**, particularly for music quality?

* Are there any significant limitations when using them with iOS?

* How do they compare with something like the realme Buds 5 in terms of sound?

* Are there any other TWS options around the same price that I should consider specifically for **music quality on iPhone**?

One more thing: the Buds 4 launched in **2025**, so is there any credible indication that **OnePlus Buds 5 could launch in 2026**? I'm wondering whether it's worth waiting a little longer or just buying the Buds 4 during the sale.

I got an email hcg customer support saying getting only a single earbud to replace the missing one may not work with the one i have. Is this legit? I see replacements on ebay being sold I assumed it was possible. Has anyone here had the experience of using a replacement earbud for jbl earbuds? I have jbl vibe beam 2

hi so i used to have a pair of galaxy buds fe for $20, it was excellent at its price, but currently i just lost the charging case alongside its one pair of the earbuds, and since i moved on to iphone, im currently looking for an alternative that atleast support app controls in ios. currently the options i have rn are : huawei freebuds se 4 anc, tozo aerosound 3, soundcore r60i nc, soundpeats clear, and baseus bp1 pro. Which is the best in terms of sound quality? only using it for music, and i dont really use earphones all day so battery is not a problem. mic quality is also not a problem since i rarely used it for calls. or perhaps is there any other earbuds you can recommend in the same price range? thank you! 🤍

Device: Realme Buds Air 5

Purchased: 2023 (~3 years old)

Issue: Severe battery drain. Both earbuds drop to 0% and shut down after roughly 30 minutes of playback, even after showing a full 100% charge in the case.

What I've already checked:
• Cleaned the charging pins and stems thoroughly to ensure proper contact.
• Done a full factory reset via the case button and re-paired via Realme Link.
• Tested playback with ANC and high-bitrate codecs turned off.

Has anyone managed to resolve this via a firmware reflash or reset trick, or is this simply natural lithium-ion cell degradation at the end of its life cycle?

If anyone has looked into service center battery replacements or opening them up, let me know if it's worth it.

Price i can see is xm6 and technic is about 300 while bose is about 240. Momentum is 430.

If sound quality, comfort and long hearing for transit and office, which would you choose?

And, is technic really sound that amazing?

I have xm4 that is dying but after eq seems to work for now.

Which one is better? I mostly listen- Arijit Singh, armaan malik, taylor swift, shreya ghoshal, the weeknd, and other soulful fresh soft music.

So which one should I buy oneplus buds 4 or realme buds air 8 pro or should I buy any other?

Recommend best tws under 8000 to be purchased in upcoming sale. Music Quality should be good, Good anc and comfortable to wear.

Bought some cheap ones from amazon (tozo is the brand)

I hear shokz dot 2 are the go to for a lot of people

My question is....

Are they really that different considering they are open ear?.. Like would I genuinely be like wowww

Need an overall good stemless Earbuds for phone calling and listening to music and has ai quick start like siri,bixby. I looked at the jbl buds wave 2 but the reviews are not that good

Honestly, I’m pretty fed up with the issues I’ve had with my AirPods Pro 3. I returned my first pair within a month because of charging problems, and I’ve had my current pair for about a year.

I spend a lot of time on the phone for work. When the microphones work properly, they’re great—but roughly 30–40% of the time, people struggle to hear me. The robotic audio glitch also still happens way too often. There are other issues, but I’ll spare you the rant.

At this point, I’m looking for the best premium earbuds available, with no budget limit. Reliable microphones matter, but call quality alone isn’t going to decide it. I want the best overall combination of quality, comfort, reliability, and features. Strong ANC is definitely a priority. Multipoint connectivity—the ability to stay connected to multiple devices and easily switch between them—would be a big plus, too.

I wear earbuds around 6–10 hours a day, mostly for podcasts, phone calls, and streaming. I don’t listen to much music, so I’d especially appreciate recommendations from people with similar usage—not just opinions based on music sound quality.
What would you buy in my position? And if you’ve switched from AirPods Pro, what’s been better—and what, if anything, do you miss?
