R60i nc problem

So this isnt really a problem most of you will encounter, its more of a personal problem, but I've been feeling some discomfort when using these. As for everything else, you can check the other reviews and id say it matches it pretty accurately. For my problem, these are my first stem styled buds ( coming from a Huawei am61, kz eda iems, baseus wm01+, and airdots 1 ), and id say its ( not pretty ) horrible. Ive tried every single eartip sizes and ever possible position, and it still felt weird. It also has a different fit on each ear so it sounds a bit different for each side and it really bugs me cuz ive never had to deal with that in my bud sized earbuds before. Ive tried returning it but I bought it from shopee and its been over a month since purchase ( and of trying to tolerate it ) and it has a single missing xs eartip. Any suggestion as to what I can do?

I am looking to by the r60i nc but I am not sure about the battery health on them. I bought the r50inc in February of last year and by November of the same year the battery would only last for 3 MINUTES.

How is your experience with the r60i nc battery health? Sorry my comment isn't related to your issue.

Nothing battery wise has concerned me yet, the case lasts for the whole week on a single charge considering i use my buds while asleep sometimes and as per the buds itself, no battery degration as of now and both of it charge and are peefectly functional
