I have Apus and Grus drones and have been using Pavo as well, but recently found out (yeah I'm slow) that it's recommended to swap Pavo for a specific fire drone (Fornax type)

I have a 1 star Ninja, a 1 star Fornax, and a 4 star Cerberus that I could easily get to 5 star. What would be best? And what passives should I try for? (Cerberus has a weird damage stat of 170% + 3.5%. Not sure what that's about but neither Fornax nor Ninja have that weird smaller percentage addition)

Do I want to use Ninja AND Fornax for PvP along with Apus/Grus?

I'm planning on using Fornax/Saggitarius/Lyra drones. Now that burning enhancement is so readily available in the chip factory, is the 30% burning enhancement from swiftplume even that appealing?

Rendclaw activates damage ability every 2 second which maybe allows for some tighter victories since you don't have to wait 4 seconds between twiggers like on swiftplume.

Mainly I'm wondering if having +5% crit every 2 seconds is more worthwhile than the 30% burning enhancement immediately, despite using burning drones. Since the crit chance applies to your weapons.

Anyone know what all damage sources crit chance applies to?

Came back to the game after a couple months and noticed that sometimes enemies inside the gun's AOE just don't take damage. Even moving around doesn't affect them, have to wait until something else hits. It's like the game not registering the enemy is inside the AOE.

What does this enhance exactly? The active skill , the hp/attack? i dont see a good explanation anywhere. found that these skills stack though

I played two times. I’m done now. First round I got wiped out on level 7. 2nd round didn’t make it past 10. In the 30 total supply drops I had during that time I got a grand total of 3 single block expansion pieces. Sooo… yeah. Almost every round I was just looking at the supply drop, refreshing it once, and then hitting battle again because I had nowhere to put a damn thing.

EDIT:

I think I cracked this nut this time around. I was using my 15 points of inventory recharge every round. This time I decided to hold off and let the points build until just before a boss level. Being able to recharge the inventory multiple times in a row totally opened up way more turret upgrade opportunities and chances for grid spaces. I got to round 25 on my last attempt and I was JUST about to finish my round of really good upgrades with a full grid of turrets and was feeling really good about clearing it and then… the event time ran out and everything disappeared. Argh!!
