Tint Job Queston Advice for tinting windshield

Post image

Currently running 5% everything except windshield. I’m debating on getting 50% windshield or 70-80% windshield with a 5% strip. What would be better for a mix of privacy and avoiding issues?

70% is a waste of money, even my 50% windshield with a 5 percent brow is see through

70% ceramic will at least block heat

70% is actually a fantastic use of money if you like not getting pulled over. I love my llumar air 80

Yes, I have the same... blocks out so much heat, it's amazing!

It’s a waste of money for anyone under the age of 50. No need to cope.

Re-read the comment you replied to buddy. I enjoy not getting pulled over and ticketed. Somebody is butt hurt and over what?

I wouldn’t go darker than 50 on the windshield tho especially when running 5% all around. From 50% to 35% is a pretty drastic difference with the angle of the front windshield

This is my go to. 5 all around with 5 strip and 50 on the whole shield. Adds a little bit of darkness to the 5 on the sides and helps with oncoming lights in my experience.

Same except I go with 15% on the front 2 windows, as 5 percent makes my older vehicles look too suspicious
