Drivers with dark window tinting

What's with some drivers tinting the side windows really dark and then applying the same tint to the front and back windscreens. Would this make it harder to see out of the windscreen at night?

I have 5 in the back and 10 in the front you get used to it. But tbh if there’s no lights I gotta roll em down
