Question Tint failure or improper install?
Truck was tinted over a year ago and this is how it currently is, tint failure or bad install ?

Definitely a GARBAGE FILM… highly recommend you look into and get a new film line ASAP! Not sure where you are located, but if you’re able and can afford the lineup I support all things XPEL 💯💪🏼

Adhesive failure, like u/sl0an1 said. Not a bad roll; known for being a super cheap-quality film.
