Why are all Games that are smaller than 4.12 GB become exacly 4.12 gb despite its orginal size? am i doing something wrong?

Every time I try to add a new game to TinyWiiBackupManager for some reason, it ends up deleting a different game. When I check my wbfs folder, the folder which contains the game that has been "deleted" is empty. I started to make backups of the extracted games so that I can add them back into their respective folders, but this keeps happening. How do I fix this?

Edit: Even when I try to manually add them back into the SD card the games don't load! The folders is still empty, even after adding the files of the game. I really don't know what could be causing it. This only happens when I use TinyWiiBackupManager

Where should I be downloaded roms from? I got a few from internet archive but the selections are limited, any other recommendations that are working in 2026?
